I am 180 cm with 84 cm inseam, and thinking about getting the frame size 54, but not sure about the stem lenght.
Do yo use a seatpost with or without offset? Thanks for the info!

With offset

I’m 182cm with short legs and ordered 54 size of frame and accidentally got 56 frame.
I tried to fit this 56 frame, but it was too big. LC send me 54 size, and this was perfect with 120mm stem lenght.
56 seat tube was way too high for me.

If you will get answer please tell, I'm curious what they told you. 80 Designer Store are not very good to answer the question. I  ask them few times about LTWOO and they don't answer me. So I really rate their customer contact very low.
Just wait when you have first warranty claim, then their response time will be almost non existing.

Same thing happened to my ERX. Contact the seller, you will get a new RD. It takes a few weeks, but try it.

I explained this battery draining issue to the 80 desinger store and after some weeks of back and worth chatting their ”engineer” said this 2%/hour is perfectly normal 🤬. Then they started ghosting…
So it seems there is no seller anymore who will respect warranties with these groupsets.

My first gen erX worked also flawless about 2000km and two months.
But month ago it started draining batteries 2% in a hour while standing still

What is size of headset bearings this frame have?

I just finished watching the Trace Velo video on the new system and I, too, am disappointed to see the magnetic charging option completely removed. I understand, and welcome, the addition of the USB-C charging. But, the magnetic, break-away charging port - even if imperfect - was what I preferred.

I have kids around, and my biggest fear has always been that one of them bump or try to move my bike while I'm not around and not realize it was charging.

Maybe use something like this?

Would you mind checking if you can order now? go all the way to "pay" page, then ofc dont press pay. what happens is that at the last page, i get a >150 eur error related message. afaik, the issue wasnt there a few weeks ago.

I ordered er9 groupset from 80 desinger store about 20 minutes ago.
At least when shipped in Finland there’s no issues with ordering.

So that slack is normal? If so then i’ll continue fighting.

I have chain dropping issue when shifting on the large front ring.
If i set limit so that it just raises chain to the largest rim it still jumps often over it.
I’m starting to think there have to be something wrong in my FD. At least that software limit is a joke, if this should ”limit” derailleur like that. See linked video.
https://streamable.com/ojur8m
It moves even more when chain is off. Now movement is limited by hitting a chain and ring.

what is exactly the point of the erx groupset?
i miss something.
a full new 105 di2 with crankset cost around 890 euros in europe.
erx is not specially cheaper and not specially lighter
Bit off the topic, but can you send me a link?
Need one, and all that I can find cost more than 1k€.
Thank you.

My frame arrived today and all my worries about quality issues faded  8)
Frame is a top notch without any wringles, cheese and etc.

not to worry, i have ordered an endoscope already and intend to thoroughly check the frame once i have it in my hands. I will share here if i find any issues.

But i don't think it's brave of me to order one - the risk, at least in my view, is fairly small. And that, for me, is okay, especially given the prices we're discussing.
And if there's any issues, i have all winter to get this sorted with LC ...

I’m on same boat and forced to bought an endoscope because of these issues.
It's really sad that customer have to make a QC, but like already mentioned, I also have a whole winter to try to get things right.

Size chart seems to be updated as well…
