Went out again today.
Rock solid.
Still think it's fast, comfortable and puts the power down well.
Took a 10% hill climb kom/5000
Very happy with it :-)

Between this and the Light Cycling RF10 it seems we are starting to see brands take their $500-$700 frames more seriously. More solid options in this price range means more customers who are Chinese brand curious can dabble without the huge price tag.

I'm curious though what exactly has shifted. Has both production and QC improved on behalf of the factories? More pushback from the brand owners themselves to make a better product? Either way, I'm here for it.

Well... Here's hoping you feel the same way about it buddy  :o  :)

Is the front brake adapter the same as SL8/old X68 or the Standard Flat Mount adapter

Pistonbroke

I put a standard Shimano flat mount on  :)

Brother had a bash on it today.
He's 6'4 and 115kgs so a bit small for him, lol! He thought it felt stiff and put power down well too, so hopefully I wasn't imagining it.
Thinking of selling my specialized because this is really good  :o

ETA
I'm gagging to hear someone else's thoughts  :)

It annoys me that 1. i really dont like the looks of the SL8/SL9 2. the SL8/SL9 is objectively an excellent bike and 3. Tantan actually makes good clones when they dont ship lemons.
It's extremely annoying :D

Bobinski

Nice-pantone colour?

Looks like the fork is more deeper than lightcycling rf10. If general consensus is good, i might just get frame instead of wait for Tagoola's frame development

You mean that you will avoid buying chinese bike parts rebranded by Western companies on your build :p
