Yes, it's the Lexon Unox. I used the video guide from Jack and if I remember correctly, it was the red bearing at the bottom and washer and black bearing at the top. I had to use two 0,15 mm shims on top of the compression ring to get the dust cover to sit just above the frame and not touch it. I cut the shims in a c-shape to make room for the brake cables and a small cut to get the small peg in the dust cover to pass through and into the cavity of the compression ring.

Can you tell me from what material and how you made the shims? Today my alluminium washer arrived after jack sent it because it wasnt in the box. Now I put the red bearing below without Allu washer and the black one on top of a washer. If I put the c shaped black compression ring in. It almost seems to fit snug but not as tight as in your picture. I think because of the dust cover needs some adjustments/ modification. Hope you don't mind sharing

I used two of these micro spacers (0.25 and not 0.15 as I mentioned before): https://www.bike24.com/p2114224.html?origin=SRP

I simply cut them to match the c-shape of the compression ring then also cut material away to make the small knob on the dust cover go through the spacers and into the hole in the compression ring. The order of my assembly is: washer, bearing, compression ring, 2 x micro spacers and dust cover. Dust cover and compression ring were both from the Lexon handlebar.

Finally received my frame last week (ordered Aug 29th, so 5-6 weeks in total from order to delivery). It's come out really awesome! It feels a step or two above my old Velobuild Aero Grav in terms of quality. Can't say much about ride quality yet, but it feels really great from first impressions. Size L, silver gloss to UD raw carbon fade paint.

Your bike turned out awesome! Would you mind to share more detailed shots from your build? Much appreciated :)

Thanks big-time for helping me out. Seems doable but are you sure the dustcover came with the Lexon Unox handlebar?  I only have one rubber ring and that one came with the FM376 headset. I try to reuse it and by the looks of it it and your description 'small knob' could be the same. Also on the Ryet and Lexon websites I don't find any dust covers

Okay, I just checked what came with the Lexon bars. When I wrote dust cap, I meant what they refer to as "10 mm Cone Spacer for Full Inner Cable". Sorry for the confusion. The cone spacer has a small knob on the bottom that fits into a small slot in the compression ring. I played a little around with it to get the best setup and I believe I actually ended up using a FSA compression ring I had laying around from a FSA No. 55R headset. From what Mondince provided, I only used the red and black bearing and the washer.

Ah thanks for clearing that up. So you don't use a rubber sealing ring at all between the compression ring > shims > 10 mm cone spacer?  That's what I'm trying and where I don't get it flush. I made a picture of the seal in one of my posts here above.

Guess I'll order the thin shims and try without the rubber seal and just use some grease to try to seal it best possible

Thanks for your efforts 🙏

Looks great. How did you end up with that logo? I was told they only do their classic logo with more rounded letters. That looks pretty clean I wonder if I could still change to that logo.

No, I don't use the rubber sealing. I haven't had one on my previous bikes and as I understand, it's just a rough barrier to avoid some mud and fluids. I hope you figure things out  :)

I did the logo and had it printed locally and applied myself. If you want, I can share the print file - send me a DM :)  If anyone is interested, I also have some leftover print (logo, logotype, FM376 and some artwork) in white, dark blue and a few other sizes I didn't use in silver and dark grey that I can ship for a fair price.

Thanks. In that case I'll go with the original logo that's under clear coat. My frame should be ready soon unless there's another delay I lost count how many there has been already.

I managed to get some more shots of my bike this weekend. It's an absolute rocket on all surfaces and I'm very happy with it so far. Weighed it the other day, 9 kg (size L) with everything attached. I did have some annoying issues with the caliper interface on the rear not being properly faced and had to add two shims on the inside to get it aligned properly. Will have to go to a bike shop to get it faced eventually.

Looks like "Frames (brake interface) not being faced" is the biggest problem for this frame.
Actually it is probably the main problem for other low tier (but prooven) Chinese frames.
Unfortunatelly it is not a small problem, as it also causes discs to squel a lot.

Nice looking build! How tall are the spacers below your integrated bar/stem? I also have a size L FM376 and was concerned it would look like a tower with any more than 30mm of spacers, but yours seems not to.

There is a thread on here about a facing tool from AliEx.
It works well. I have it.

Anyone got the raw carbon look and can share some pictures? Cant decide between solid color, raw ud carbon sith clearcoat or raw carbon and adding marble/camo effect directly on it?

Got a little help from a "friend".
