Im currently looking for the new 1x GRX setup and I dont think anyone on Ali has it yet?
The new E1 SRAM groups are VERY pricey on Ali for some reason.

Anrancee had it during the last promo period. I could secure it for 1,180CAD (full groupset with the chain, crankset, battery, derailleur, levers and calipers) and shipping included.

Cheers

Which one? Shimano or the SRAM? No way it was SRAM E1 was it?

Sorry, I meant I got the Grx Di2, the price of SRAM groupset on AE is not very competitive in comparison to EU shops.

Got my Ultegra Di2 groupset without crankset from Anrancee for 896 USD (ordered via WhatsApp) - everything is legit, package got delivered in ~3 weeks since payment to Poland. Already installed it on my bike, can't recommend the seller enough.

Did you have to pay any customs/taxes in Poland?

Not at all. Everything is handled by Anrancee - just make sure to use YFH for shipping. It was not the fastest delivery, but there was no tax, no tariff to pay and it got delivered by DPD (so I could redirect the package to parcel locker).

How long did the delivery take?

I had to check:
11.09 - Ordered and paid
12.09 - Order shipped
29.09 - Order handed over to domestic carrier
30.09 - Order delivered

One note regarding YFH - tracking is not ideal as updates come with few days of delay but I've been very happy with the outcome

Proper Chiner is unbothered by the lack of updates on tracking.  ;D ;D

Great. I ordered an Ultegra DI2 2x12 upgrade set, with DDP shipping via YFH. If everything goes as hoped, it'll be a good purchase—35–40% cheaper than in Germany.

Quick report on my Ultegra Di2 R8170 upgrade kit from Anrancee, in case it helps anyone in the EU.

I contacted them directly instead of ordering through AliExpress and paid via PayPal (goods & services, so buyer protection applies). Price was 830 USD / 746 EUR delivered to Germany, DDP.

Kit contents:
- ST-R8170 shifters L/R
- BR-R8170 calipers F/R (flat mount)
- RD-R8150 and FD-R8150
- BT-DN300 battery
- EW-EC300 charging cable
- 2x EW-SD300-I cables

Shipping went via YFH and took 13 days from dispatch to my door. No customs, no VAT, nothing to pay on delivery, exactly as promised.

All parts are genuine Shimano. They didn't come in the original Shimano boxes, but everything was packed very well and arrived without a scratch. Connected everything to E-Tube, activated and updated the firmware without any issues.

For comparison, the same kit costs around 1,130-1,240 EUR at German retailers (depending on whether you count cassette and chain), so roughly 35-40% cheaper.

Communication was quick and straightforward. Would buy from them again.

Question... why Ultegra? Why not 105 to save even more $$$$ especially that you did not get the full kit with cassette and crankset? From my experience, the only real world difference between the two is the cassette, chain and crankset.

I bought the 105, but regarding the differences, aside from what you mentioned, all the components also save some weight. Apart from that:

- The levers have additional buttons and Servo Wave to adjust when the brake pad bites the rotor.

- The front derailleur is smaller with an updated motor that makes less noise and shifts faster, and all the adjustment is electronic; it doesn't have an adjustment screw.

The rest, aside from changes in aesthetics, color... is just weight savings. Officially, Ultegra isn't compatible with 11-36t either.

I'm running a Magene PES P515 power meter and already have several cassettes, so the upgrade kit covered everything I actually needed. Since crank, cassette and chain were out of the equation, the comparison came down to levers and derailleurs only.

What tipped it for me:

- Levers: the extra hood button (3 vs 2). I use them to control my head unit, scrolling through pages without taking my hands off the hoods, which I really don't want to miss anymore. On top of that a port for satellite shifters (the 105 levers have none), the option to run them wired, and Servo Wave on the brakes, which 105 doesn't have.

- Front derailleur: the FD-R8150 is the newer design, noticeably smaller and a bit faster. The 105 FD is basically the previous 11-speed generation. It's also lighter, around 111 g vs 138 g.

- Weight: the levers are lighter thanks to the carbon-reinforced bodies and carbon blades (about 385 g vs 442 g a pair), and the rear derailleur saves around 40 g.

That said, 105 Di2 is a great groupset too. The shifting is just as precise, and for a lot of riders it's absolutely all they need. Ultegra just fit my wishlist a bit better.

Ultegra Di2 has the extra buttons on the brifters and reach adjustments.  I use them in all my builds regardless of the rest of the kit- worth it over 105 for me.
