Has anyone found some that aren't a million pounds.

Quite a few on aliexpress now around £25 per axel but I can't find the correct spec.

I haven't seen any cheap titanium ones but Sparts makes aluminum ones that are just 7g heavier than the titanium ones and there's less risk of them getting stuck. I have them the weight is accurate and they have been working fine.

I ordered these in the Ti version for my ER One. They work well.

You too can save about 30 grams/1 oz by spending $200 for these axles...

That's about $6.66 USD per gram in weight savings.   It would be far less expensive to stop drinking a beer now and again, and lose the weight off of your body.
OTOH,  if your body mass index is already optimized and you have less than 5% body fat, then spending $200 to save an ounce is a great deal...

Just saying...

Edit:  Looking at TI axles for sale on Aliexpress, one reasonable priced listing for TI through axles, the TI axles they are selling weigh more than stock Aluminum axles.   https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256808530370099.html

Yep!
I've got the Six Wheel / Ti Master titanium thru-axles on my Quick Pro ER:ONE, along with quite a few of their other titanium parts.

They're certainly not cheap, around £150 for the axles, but the fit and finish is excellent. I've also looked at the Overfast carbon axles, and personally I prefer the fit of the Six Wheel ones.

Before buying anything, I generally spend quite a bit of time looking for alternatives, particularly on AliExpress. The problem with titanium thru-axles is finding the correct length, thread pitch and overall dimensions. Even when you find something suitable, the weight saving over the original axles often isn't particularly significant, so I sometimes question whether it's worth changing them.

Regarding aluminium axles, personally I'm a little more cautious. Aluminium is softer than titanium or steel, and depending on the design and quality, I'd be concerned about damaging the tool interface through repeated tightening and removal. The last thing you want is a rounded axle that's difficult to remove!

For other hardware, there are definitely some more affordable alternatives. I've recently been looking at lightweight aluminium UDH hangers for another build. Incolor offers one, but if you reverse-image-search it, you'll find what appears to be the same product on AliExpress for around £30–35. Considering a UDH hanger is essentially a replaceable component designed to help protect the derailleur in an impact, I don't necessarily see the need to spend a fortune on a titanium version.

Also websites such as S-Parts, Ti Parts Titanium not sure which have a newer brand called Hotcheck offering various Ti parts. I haven't compared all their prices or specifications yet, but they're worth investigating.

Ultimately, I went with Six Wheel / Ti Master because I know the products, I'm happy with their quality, and everything fits properly. They're expensive, but sometimes paying a little more for something specifically designed for your frame saves a lot of hassle.
