Velobuild VB-R-168 Frame

Hey guys, first post. Looking for a size recommendation with this frame before I order. I am 5'8" on a 54 Cannondale Supersix Evo right now, with 100mm stem, 0 offset seatpost.
VBR-168 has a 4mm longer reach, but effective top tube is 4mm shorter. Good there.  However VBR-168 has that 20mm offset seatpost, so that will throw things off. Contemplating ordering a 52, but not sure how the much lower stack height on the 52 will come into play.  Appreciate the advice!

I am reading that bb86 frames mixed with dub crankset is less than optimal do to the necessity of using thinner bearings. I'm looking at the token ninja vs the sram dub. Hi! Grats!

I have a pressfit Shimano on my frame, not a Velobuild, but the same BB specs for all intents and purposes I imagine. I installed a DUB BB for my Quarq crankset. I believe its the same as SRAM Force. No problems, no creaking, shifts just like the Integra crankset it replaced. Probably has around 2000 miles on it now.

looks nice! and very good weight!! is a 56cm or 58cm frame?

At the end, I ordered vb-r-168 58cm white pearl, with handlebar and separated stem (110/440)
Chris told me that weight is 120g stem and 240g handlebar. And the stem is 6 degree. Will see how works.
He told me is going to be ok for send next wednesday... fingers crossed

Are you all using integrated handlebar of velobuild?
I ordered without handlebar because I prefer to use stem+handlebar… I’m 85kg and I think is a more rigid option.
My idea is use or FSA SMR stem with ACR system or Deda Superbox stem.

I am also 85kg.  Using the HB010 handlebars in 420/110.
FWIW, I have not had any real flexing, and find the bars stiff enough for my riding style. 
It is worth noting though that:
1) On the hood or drops, most of my weight is still on the saddle and not shifted to the bars resulting in lower load on the bars
2) I do not yank and push on the bars when I get out of the saddle to sprint
3) That being said, my sprints are weak and are typically under 1000W

I am trying not to be a weight weenie, but the urge is just so strong. 
Did you do anything special to keep the weight down?  (e.g cut the seat post, replace stock hardware, etc.)
And that is the weight with pedals and cages?

I am working on reducing the weight of my bike by an extra 10kg (the engine is too heavy...)

I see where the deltas are. Indeed the SRAM Red is light, but your 56 frame also came in 150g lighter than my 56 (paint?)
Also your wheels look like they are about 100g lighter

my wheels are 50 mm with DT SWISS 180, Sapim XRAY and inner width 22 with 1473 g that is very well bought at Ligthcarbon

I’ve received my frame and started the build. However, I’m having a lot of trouble with the internal routing. My specific question is whether I have to get the shifter cable housing inside the frame or not?
