I’ll delete this if it’s not allowed, but I have a West Biking one that I’ll sell for like $50 if anybody is interested. I can only ship within the US though. Nothing wrong with it but I just couldn’t get the positioning to work with my seatpost setback. I’d need a zero offset post to get my position and the Velobuild 168 frame doesn’t have the option. The actual 3D material feels very similar to the Mirror saddles. Wish it could have worked but the wide part where my sit bones would be is just too rearward and I couldn’t push it forward enough.


You can see I tried slamming it all the way forward but it was still too far back for my taste.

I have sent you a PM about the saddle. I've been in the market for a couple of parts I am building a super highend Trek Domane SLR and I think that one of these saddles would bring the build together nicely.

Bringing this one back. 

What is the current thoughts from folks who have had a few of the Ali 3D printed saddles on their bikes for a bit?  I see West Biking and they look nice, but too close to the 'brandname' models in pricing if you ask me.

What about the Ryet?  Which one do folks like?  I want a more narrow saddle (140-143) and Ryet seems to fit the bill there.  Is it actually more comfortable than some of the 'better' cheap Ali carbon models (that just have EVA foam)? 

What about any of the other sub $100 models?

I’ve seen a few YouTube videos about the Power Mirror copy but I would avoid it. It looks pretty similar to the Power Mirror but is super low quality in my experience. The padding density is all backwards and the nose of the saddle is hard as a rock. The rear density is super soft and you sink in to the carbon plate. The rails are also at a really weird angle and very hard to setup on a two bolt top clamping system. I lasted about ten minutes on it before giving up.

The Ryet seems to get good reviews on here. Though I have not tried it myself.

This RIRO 3d printed saddle has recently caught my attention. The honeycomb structure looks to be more robust than the Ryet/Lexon saddles available. I'd give it a try, but I already have too many saddles laying around.

That one is firm enough, i'd say. Which means nothing ofc, other than i dont wish it were firmer. It's a racework and says T150 on the rear edge.
W shipping to the EU, i've ended up paying 60$ for it. I bought 2, so i have one for sale if someone's interested, i like it, but i'm not blown away.

Got this one and it’s firm in the back, softer in the front in summary.
For my liking, it’s still a bit hard in the back, but that might be due to my weight 68kg

what is the width between your sit bones? the one you have is 150mm wide and the one you don't like is 140 wide. Most likely its to narrow for your particular Anatomy

interesting, i have a RYET one (not the one picture) and i haven't noticed any issues with wear.
