I'm also having issues with my frame. I received the replacement front triangle but found issues with the rear triangle. When I was disassembling the frame to transfer the front triangles I found that some of the pivot hardware that threads into the rear triangle was cross threaded and damaged. I also found that my rear caliper mounts were not threaded (tapped) and the other was full of hardened debris. Pretty disappointed in the frame and service up to this point.

I would try following up with the shipper that your tracking number is associated with. When my front triangle was damaged she did contact the shipper (ups) and I also filed a damage claim with them before sending me a new front triangle. There should be insurance on the frame so hopefully if it is lost she can get a new one to you.

as for the brake thread I would advise you to go with a m6 threaded male to eliminate the debris. as for the pin the thread is ruined but not irreversibly, mount it with a not exaggerated tightening copy and use medium liquid thread lock.
my package is managed in italy and europe by dpd, I have already made a lot of complaints but the answer is always the same it was lost here 50km from home. dpd tells me to contact the sender but because of new year's eve now vivian is not answering....

Hello friends.

We received our frames, they look amazing. But the quality of the bearings is very bad. I have to change them all

We paid for it on November 5th, and they arrived on January 19th.

They look very good quality, except for the bearings, even the one on the black linkage is noticeable that it jerks, it doesn't turn properly, since the bearings are bad. But that one is a 10*20*5mm and it is difficult to get in Spain.

When I have it fully assembled I will post more photos, mine is black and white

hi, i'm glad to hear that your frames arrived. i see that for you too the delivery time has reached 2 months. did you also have shipping problems or is all this time due to a delay in shipping? unfortunately my frame has been stuck since january 15th dpd the shipping company can't give me an answer they don't know where the package ended up. anyway congratulations they are very beautiful, we await photos of the assembled bike.

Specialf. Well, the shipment took exactly 11 days to arrive in Spain from the time it was sent. It was very fast, really.

The one in the picture is the one that is almost completely untapped/unthreaded. It appears it left the factory without being tapped. The other could be chased with a tap to clear out the debris but it's still very annoying.

Hi all,
I’ve been looking at the Tantan FM121 as a potential frame for my next build. It looks good and seems to check a lot of boxes for a full-suspension setup. However, after taking a closer look at the design, I can’t help but notice something about the rear triangle that raises some concerns about its durability and functionality.

Does the Geometry Add Too Much Stress?
From what I can see, the seat stays look relatively short, while the swingarm appears longer than expected, with a flatter overall angle. This design could cause the swingarm to travel in a larger radius than the rear triangle, which might not align well with the suspension’s intended motion. Can anyone who has this frame test if you disassemble the swingarm and the rear triangle if they move the same radius.

This mismatch could lead to some flex and stress in the rear triangle. If the swingarm is forced to move differently than the linkage was designed for, it could create excessive tension and strain on the rear end of the frame.

Potential for Restricted Movement
Another point I’m concerned about is how this might affect the frame’s ability to move freely. With the geometry as it appears, the rear triangle might be under constant stress, making it harder for the suspension to pivot smoothly. Did anyone of you check if you can move the rear triangle freely if the Frame is assembled without a rear suspension because it should move without any resistance to the whole 120mm.

This could result in:

Stiff or restricted movement at the pivot points.
Reduced suspension performance, especially on technical terrain.
Long-Term Durability Questions
What worries me most is the possibility of long-term wear and tear, because if the rear triangle is under permanent tension the frame is more likely to crack.
Has Anyone Experienced This?

For those who already own the FM121, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Does the rear triangle’s geometry hold up well in practice, or have you noticed any issues with flex, stiffness, or wear? Does the rear triangle move smoothly, or does it feel tensioned?

I’m still considering this frame, but these potential concerns have me hesitating. If you’ve built or ridden the FM121, please share your experiences .
Thanks in advance

Hello friend.

This frame was manufactured by the Megamo brand in Spain. I'll send you a complete video of the Megamo track, since this frame is the same one in operation.

The video is in Spanish. Greetings.

I haven't finished assembling it completely yet to go out and try it. As soon as I finish it and try it, I'll give my opinions.
