I will tell you my view on that. Recently people are just starting new threads without even searching for 5 minutes by themselves. Look at the board we have few threads about same thing, with literally same description, just next to each other. It is a little frustrating because it looks like some guys want others to do everything for them. I am always happy to help, but most of the knowledge/experience I have really needed some work/time to get.
