What Scale are you looking at?  The '14 Scale and the 256 are nearly identical:

I'm thinking of buying the 057 frame, because when reading all topics this frame is the most reliable. But what is the max wheight these frame's can hold. I myself am a biker that wheights 105kg but the kg are dropping rappidly, expecting when frame will be delivered it will be less then 100kg

Can anyone confirm that this won't be a problem?

Thanks
Sergio

I'm 93 kg, and not dropping :).  Had my -057 a little over a year, and it's doing fine.

One more question, This topic started in 2014. I searched on ebay and on Aliexpress. But can't seem to find these frames.

Are they replaced by other frames and other numbers? I can't find any other thread on this forum about other frames except for the 256 frame (less reliable) and the full frame version.

The frames that I found have complete different numbers.
FR202
FR207
FR216
FR225
FR501
But about these frames I cannot find any reviews. Are these the same but newer frames (2015)?

Hope someone can clarify this

Sergio, welcome, glad you are on Chinertown.  Since you're new here, I will throw you a bone.  If you are interested in an 057 frame, rather than looking on eBay, contact Peter at xmcarbonspeed.com.  You will get a good quality 057 frame, provide excellent customer service, and you can even have Peter do a custom paint job for you.

Thx Carbon dude, but that's not really the answer I was aiming for. This looks more then an advertisement then an explanation.

can someone with experience about the FR frames give me some information. Are these frames strong and so on?

Sergio, If you are looking for a 057 I am not sure any of the FR frames are a match. Many of us here who have the 057 frame purchased them from Peter and know he offers a good frame and decent customer service. That is why Carbon Dude recommended you go through him.

I wanted to say that I had contact with the people behind Flyxii.com. And i must say that they are very impolyte.
I asked on skype what the differences where between the different 29-er frames, and all I got as answer is "look at the pictures and choose the one you like"

Well sorry but If you are to spend 5-600$ on a frame you could at least expect a decent answer on what the diffrences are in he different frame numbers. For example is one more for freeride, another more for XC.
After saying this a few times, they even blocked me on skype.

If that's all they can answer, I'm having my doubts about service and warranty also.

I hope this is info is of use to new buyers.

For myself I keep searching for a decent frame and decent support/answers.

Best regards
Sergio

I definitely want to try out the WCB-M-062 in a 20" the geometry looks about perfect for an xc race bike.

Anyone had a chance to build one of the CarbonSpeed "softtails", the MB01?  http://xmcarbonspeed.com/Productinfo.asp?f=1392.  Wonder how Bridgestone feels about their naming of this one.  This frame seems like the closest thing we'll get to the awesome BMC Team Elite TE01 softtail.
