Warning to d34n... don't watch the video! You came so close to winning it's almost painful to watch.. I'm trying to save you some heartache here, man!

Thought it was funny who won as he was the one guy rushing me to get this posted.. so I literally woke up this morning thinking about SportingGoods and how I had to hurry up and get this thread posted or else he would be pissed! Lol. So congratulations SportingGoods, ya impatient bastard!  ;D

Just email Peter and let him know your size and soon enough your new frame will be at your door! Looking forward to seeing how you choose build it up!

Thanks Chinertown and CarbonSpeed.

Morning everyone (I'm finally on a real keyboard!). Thanks again to Chinertown for organizing this drawing and to Peter from CarbonSpeed for the price.

Now the story :)
It will sound strange but... I "knew" I would win. I can't explain that, I just knew. As I had explained on this forum I'm on the market to replace my current 29er frame for a proper 27.5+ compatible frame (to match the HR740C I bought from CarbonSpeed). My short list was CS-M04 and CS-496. Ideally, I want a mix of these frames (Full-sus of M04 but short chainstay of 496, and ideally a bit more rear travel - maybe 120mm). So, my final selection was... CS-M04. I collected approval from the boss (my wife) last week to place an order. And... I knew I should wait, that something would happen. So I pushed on this drawing so that I can finalize my order and... this happens!

Last night I thought about what I should be doing and now I know :). I'll be building this frame for the next season (I'll really start the assembly in September as I'll be off most of August). I'll make sure to report on my build and how that frame compares to my FR-202 (that will be a disc road bike before the winter). Then hopefully, in 12-18 month, a new Full-sus frame with a bit more travel will be available for 27.5+.

For those interested in disc road bike, I'll report progress on this project as well in the road bike section. I have already open a topic there.

OK, I can place my order to Peter now, I've got a lot more then the frame to order :)
I can't wait to start building these 2 bikes, road and 27.5+

Hi everyone, I'm back from vacation (yesterday) and my frame (and a lot more) arrived today. What a great timing!
Shipped on 22nd (I had asked Peter to delay the shipment, and it had to be manufactured anyway), delivered to France on 30th. Not bad.

I'll open a new topic to present my new bike. It will be interesting to compare it to my current bike as it will be very similar (same rims - from Peter as well, same bar/stem, same saddle/seatpost, same brakes). The difference is the drivetrain (Eagle X01).

Thanks again to Chinertown and CarbonSpeed.
