I built this bike up about a month ago. Super impressed with the frame so far. Bike is very fast. Peter from xmcarbonspeed was great. Frame arrived in 3 weeks from the time I ordered. Future plans include a stepcast fork and hope cassete. Bike is at 22.5 lbs with pedals and bottle cage.

Wheels: Stan's Arch Mk3 with hope pro 4 hubs. sapim strong spokes. Brass nipples
Groupset: Xt M8000
Bars: Easton haven
Stem. Raceface 60mm
Tires: RARA 2.25 front 2.10 rear
Grips: Esi extra chunky.
Rotors: Ashima floating
Saddle: Specialized Henge
Seatpost: Thompson Elite
Pedals: xtr race

Nice looking rig.  Couple questions for you as I am probably buying the same frame for a SS build.

How much did the frame weigh?
Any issues internally running the rear brake hose?

I have built the same frame and running the rear brake cable/hose was a breeze! The frame has internal tubes that run from outlet to outlet so there's no fumbling around in no mans land.

Nice build! I built the same frame and love it as well. Super fast and tight. Mine was built with a Sram 1x10 X9 setup and was right at 22lbs so it's good to see the weights are consistent

Some updates. Added a Fox Factory XC32 stepcast. Sram XO1 cassette.  Chinese Carbon wheels. Bike is so fast. I love my CS-057!

And other things here and there.

Peter delivered frame, headset and spare derailleur hanger in about 5 business days!
Haven't weighed it and probably won't, it's main use will be winter and spring for bad weather, gravel grinding, tame mtb trails. I used to own a Scott Scale carbon 29er so this should feel right at home.

I also own a Scott Scale 935 carbon. I prefer this bike over the Scott. It just feels better. Scott is the backup bike as the 057 has become the race bike. Nice bike man. Great build.

Reminds me of my -057 I built a few years back.  Mine had an XX1 groupset and carbon wheels, weighed 19.5 lbs, it was a fun bike.

It is 20.7 lbs complete with pedals and a bottle cage. The rims are 27mm internal. Really makes a 2.25 tire have a wide footprint. I also have a set of xx1 cranks I am about to throw on it. You still have your bike Carbon_dude?

Been running this Hope Cassette on my Stans Arch Mk3 wheels with great success paired up to my XT drivetrain. It sure is pretty to look at.

No sold it about a year ago, changed over to plus tire bikes.  A plus bike is not as fun climbing uphill, but is twice as fun the other 50% of my ride, the grip is great and the ride comfort is what I'm all about these days.

It is a very well built and light cassette.
It is useless... but I love how it rings like a bell.

However I found it quite hard to setup with my XT/XTR derailleurs.

I have heard that some people have issues getting a hope cassette to work with shimano derailleurs. It all depends on your front chainring.  I have an absolute black oval which corrects the chainline to 51mm. I also believe one up components makes a narrow wide that corrects the chainline also. Make sure your chain is as tight as you can get it and b screw adjustment is very critical.
