My CS-821 build

Just a place to post pictures and comments about this build 
Frame was ordered last week and currently waiting for Peter to ship it.

Rear shock is coming within a few days and rest of the components are from my current hardtail, Scott Scale.

The first part arrived.
I ordered it with 2x22.2mm shock bushings, hope they will fit.

I will recieve mine within a few hours from you.

I finally recieved a package from Peter.
It took a month but the toll was very slow in my country.
The frame was very well wrapped.

The build was very smooth and the quality of the frame is 10 out of 10.
Next time i would buy a proper pressfit tool, other than that, it was easy to work on.
The internal cableling, being a first time working with that for me, was super easy.

I will test ride tomorrow

I have now done close to 120km on this frame and so far it's approved!
The suspension works really well, but you don't notice it that much.
I keep the shock fully open on singletracks and only close it when commuting on the road.

@exzos - Awesome build, I've been communicating with Peter at XM. I'll be pulling the trigger on my frame and wheels this week. I'm still trying to figure our a few things I'm hoping you can give me some insight.

Is it possible to mount a front derailleur?

Also, in regards to the rear shock bushings, did the 2x22.5 work out as you had planned? Anything that you can remember to look out for?

Any chance you could post a picture of the bottom bracket/crank area. Its hard to see on XM.

Any idea what the rear shock the eye-to-eye stroke length is?

It is possible to mount a front derailleaur, it comes with a removeable mount.
Shock size is 190x51 and the 22.2mm bushings fits perfect.

Since the bike is already built. What do you samt pictures of?
Cant take any of the internals

Any chance you could post a picture of the bottom bracket/crank area. Its hard to see on XM.

If possible could you take some pics of ...

1. The BB crank area, I would like to see if you could run a 34T Oval without getting too close to the frame.

2. A pic of underneath the BB to see how the cables are sitting.

3. The outlet for a rear shock remote lockout cable.

4. The read shock area... maybe we can fit a 200mm rear shock there?
