Just finished building yesterday. Got it to 10.3kg / 22.71 lbs. To make it sub 10Kg I could save 100grams in a race saddle and 250 grams on lighter wheels with DT240s.

It’s turquoise. I gave them the Pantone for turquoise and that’s what came out.

Guys, the final build has a play on the shocks eyelets. I'm using RWC needle bearings and even with the ++ inner ring, the bolt is loose. Wondering if you guys have any suggestion.

Play in which direction? I have a little play on my M06 but it's in the aluminum rocker for the rear shock. The bolt holes are just a tad too big so the thru bolt has a touch of play. Doesn't effect the performance at all. Not much i can do to correct it other than custom make a proper diameter bolt to match the rocker then hone out the shock to accept the larger diameter bolt. Way too much work work for no gain.

Very difficult to see but it appears the play is in the hole of the shock itself? It looks as though the rocker is one with the bolt. That's different from what I am experiencing. The only solution I see is to install a bronze bushing in the shock eyelet then hone it out to proper size. If your shock is not machined for a bushing then you would have to perform that. Not the easiest thing in the world to do. You need the right tools. It's totally doable though  ???

Oh wait, then again you're using a RWC bearing kit so if the play is between the bolt and the bearing, there's nothing you can do there. Can't get a custom bearing with a custom inside diameter. You would be stuck trying to make a custom diameter bolt like what I need to fit tighter.

I just made a new video showing the play in between the bearing internal and the suspension bolt.

I tried already using the - , +  and ++ bearing inner part but there is still play.

I'm going to state the obvious. Either the RWC inner ring is not within spec or the suspension bolt isn't. A digital caliper should be able to tell you which one. Based on your video it is defiantly too much play. I have the same RWC bearing kit, and a suspension bolt (8mm) from a new HongFu FM258 frame.  Zero play. 
From my understanding the different RWC inner ring sizes(-,+,++) have to do with the outside diameter, not the inner.  The inner diameter is the same for all inner rings. The most likely culprit is the suspension bolt, since you are getting play in all the inner rings.

This is what Sissypants wrote in his thread about the Pro-Mance frame. Could it be the same issue here?
