Yesterday I received my IP-256.
This is without the axle and I replaced the bolts for the bottleholders  and the front mech by alluminum ones.

Sussed.

Rigid carbon fork FK-052 for 15mm thru axle, also from Iplay
I have also got a RS Reba but it is more than 1000 gr heavier....

Strange hole:

Lots of space for Schwalbe Nobby Nic 2.35 on a  30mm ID rim !! did they send me a fork meant for a fat bike?

Does this ring from the Neco Headset really have to go all the way down here?
It just doesn't fit or am I missing something?

Man, the IP-256's are rolling in fast. One of the three I ordered should be here this week.  We're going to have a lot of neat builds in the coming month.

They go between the top bearing and the bearing cover to allow the headset to spin smoothly if the bearing cover rubs on the frame

Yes...the head set race needs to sit flush in the crown of the fork.

That are awesome weights !!!

Under the magical 9 kg with a suspension fork in a 1x10 setup !

I hoping to come close below the 10kg (2x10 setup), but I don't think I can make it ...

Actual weight is 8960 gr..

Some things I want to change:

Chainstay protector: I have a piece of tube now but I am searching for protective tape
Axles: Extralite has lighter ones but they are expensive
Dropper seatpost
