There's more to bike frames than your height and weight.  Likely an L or XL but depends on your specific stack and reach requirements.

I did about 2 weeks ago and he replied the next day saying it's still not available and will contact when it is.

It's been a couple of months since I did but he wasn't very responsive. Maybe I'll give it one more attempt.
