Have anyone done drilling a hole at the bottom of BB to drain water out?  How did that go?
In my frame there is already a small hole of about 3mm from the factory

Here I am guys, I finally managed to try the bike.
the assembly is as follows:
-Frame fm121 size XL
-fox 32 120mm fork
-fox 190x45 shock absorber
-fox remote control for both.
-reynholds wheels carbon rims internal 30mm channel
-sram GX axs T-type derailleur
-gx axs roker shifter
-ztto 10-52 ult cassette
-sram flat-top chain
-sram xx1 175mm crankset 32t crown
-crankbrothers egg beather 3.0 pedals with titanium axle
-brakes: slx levers zrace calipers 2+4 pistons
-andreani 180mm discs
-specialized fast track + ground control 2.35 tires
-syncros fraise -10 70mm flat handlebar (to be replaced soon with syncros hixon with 25mm rise)
-dt-suisse d232 ONE telescopic seatpost wolf tooth components remote control
-pro stealth saddle
Weight 11.5kg (you could still remove a lot but for me ok)
Today for the first ride I did some settings, I will give you more exhaustive opinions later in time also because with this handlebar I have a lot of saddle-handlebar difference in height and I don't feel very comfortable.
However, the first impressions are already very positive.
I hope you like it and I accept advice for aesthetics and assembly in general.

I reassembled the frame pivots with thread locker before taking it out on the first ride this weekend. I didn't do the main pivot so I don't have the bearing size but the rest of the bearings are below:

6800du
6801du
6800.2z

Quantity 2 for each one.

Here's my bike finally fully assembled:
Frame: Large
Rear Shock: SideLuxe Ultimate
Fork: Fox 34 140mm
Seatpost: PNW Loam 150mm
Dropper Remote: Ztto
Saddle: Ryet 3d printed
Handlebar: ToSeek
Stem: ToSeek 70mm
Grips: ESI Chunky
Brakes: Ztto M1 X4/X2
Wheelset Ryet 33x30mm ratchet
Rotors: Sram Centerline
BB: Shimano XT
Crankset: Senicx FM2
Chainring: Zrace 32t
Pedals: XT
Cassette: Speedao 10-50t
Shifter: Sram GX Eagle
Rear Derailleur: Sram XO Eagle

I haven't weighed it while fully assembled but it should be around 12.5kg based on individual part weight.

Ride quality is pretty good. As previously state, the bearings are definitely garbage so those will need to be changed out shortly.

How do you feel about the 140mm travel fork?
The bike is very nice overall, it has a less light assembly than mine, more in "enduro" style.
How does the saddle behave? Doesn't it flex?
The only criticism is that bottle cage...... it deserves carbon

So far the "overforking" is great! I got it used with a 140mm air spring and figured I'd try it in the longer configuration before reducing the stroke if necessary. I know.. it's the only bottle cage i had laying around.
I wouldn't describe the saddle as flexy. I have one on my gravel bike that i have liked and they're only $35.

I first had a 2.4 Kenda Booster Pro in the rear (28mm inner width rim). The seat stays have a lot of room but chain stays are quite narrow. In dry conditions it works ok, but I wouldn´t do long extra muddy rides. Now I have a 2.35 Renegade Control T5 and it fits much better in the chain stays.

I have a 2.4 Maxxis Dissector on the back and it seems to fit ok. Might be an issue in really thick mud but so far there's been plenty of clearance. For reference it does measure pretty much exactly 2.4".

What kind of fork is this? Does it have variable travel?

It's a 2019 Fox 34. You can't adjust the suspension stroke on the fly but you can swap the air shaft assembly without too much trouble. I'm pretty sure the current Fox 34 is the same way in just swapping the air shaft.
