I just bought the all carbon set (spokes and hoops) claimed 1260+/- 30g for 775$ shipped to the states. $670 for the wheelset and $105 to ship. Not sure if that helps anyone. Leon is awesome to work with over Whatsapp and is very responsive. He sent tracking info on Thursday. Will update once they arrive

After speaking with Leon earlier this week (great guy) I learned that...

-Carbon spoke wheels equipped with ceramic bearing are not available with ratchet system hubs. Basically the same specs as an Elite Drive wheel. Carbon spokes, ceramic bearings, 4 or 5 pawl hub design.

-Ratchet hubs are however available with steel spokes and steel bearings.

If you are looking for an alternative to Elite Drive wheels with the same specs for a better price, Leon is a great option. For myself, I'm still looking for a 60/65mm deep wheel with carbon or steel spokes, 23mm internal, ceramic bearings, and 36t ratchet hub.
