Been testing less expensive short cranks on my road bikes. My experience so far.
Goldix - needed to clean up the three direct mount points with a dremel to fit my direct mount Sigeyi power meter. The Goldix direct mount chainring was fine, but the direct mount PM and another spider did not fit out of the box. Done over 1000km no issues since then.
Cruz Bikes - shimano style crank attachment, needed to open the right crank arm to attach to crank. Unwilling to use my PM until tested and taken on and off the bike a couple of times. Not actually used yet.
Zrace - after emails with Sigeyi, had to take to crank with dremel, to stop base of left crank arm resting on PM. Not used, but of the three cranks so far, probably the best construction. Not used yet.
I have a Senicx on the way courtesy of 11.11 sale would of also got a Fovno (heard good things about this brand), but was cheaper before 11.11, so waiting.
Depending on how the 160mm Cruz Bike goes, looking at trying a 155 or 160mm Cruz Bike with GXP style mounting for both crank arms
