You finally uncovered the truth! The market cap is $300 billion, but it's all a scam, it doesn't exist. It took you to find out that the websites were just a complex CIA op. Probably a honey trap.
Well done.
Fast on the flat. And nowhere else.

No. I've posted 420 messages here just trying to ask people how to order on aliexpress. No success yet

Jokes aside...what do you mean you can't buy anything? Maybe add screenshots of what you see when you got to Ali site or app. Where are you located? Is your device geo locked for some strange reason?

firstly i am on the mainland in the uk

i registered with ali and verified that with the code they emailed me

i'd already google searched the item i was looking to purchase

while logged in to ali i went straight to the listing for that item on ali

when i clicked on the button to buy i was immediately taken to a page with an 110003 error as screenshot saying account had been closed

so never even got to the point of being able to enter any info for delivery or payment options

tho i've seen it listed that paypal is a provided payment option, some sellers do while others don't

i am only a pc user (i won't use a mobile or app for anything like this) using the most up to date version of fireworks browser on windows 10, with or without add-ons, normal or safe mode on full-fibre with ipv6 ip address

this is exactly the same experience i had a couple of years ago when using different browser on a different os a couple of years ago on old ipv4 ip addressing

the appeal i made to get my account unblocked just ended up with a pile of chinese which when translated indicated blocked for suspicious activity / breaching taobao terms

my understanding is taobao is just a banking system used for residents in  mainland china

the appeal process was a purely automated one and immediate rejection, no other entitlement for providing any further details or reasons to unlock / reinstate was permitted

now it seems slightly different and having got passed the silly AI help system i am waiting to here what if anything else happens next

when i wanted to buy before, i found the exact item listed outside of ali and compared pricewise the uk price was about the same as if purchased from ali with shipping and taxes

i will try and update with details if it ever actually works (like one comes to expect and sees from other outlets like amazon or ebay)

just to quote the response i've just received :

"your account has unfortunately been disabled and cannot be reactivated any more. The reason is that we have noticed an unusual or a high risky activity in your account, for example, sending lots of pictures or expressions irrelevant to the products to the seller, sending lots of same messages irrelevant to the business communication to the seller, or sending large quantities of advertisement info etc which affect the normal business operation. We do appreciate your cooperation in this matter."

since all i did was register and verify using their own processes, login & go straight to item then click to buy it that is total bull!!!!

My friend in the UK had a similar problem that was apparently caused by registering the account using a VPN. If you are using any kind of nerd settings, try registering on a fresh device with a default DNS, mainstream browser, no temporary email etc

thank you kbernstein

i have seen that they're now trying to get registrations with google / twitter etc... accounts linking to them with all the associated pitfalls that might introduce

i did reachout to aliexpress via twitter and discovered they will only allow people to even DM them on that platform that are paid up subscribers to twitterati verification

for the sakes of my mental welfare i have now totally given up on all of the total charade that is ali(b /x / whatever)

they are enuff to drive a guy to drink or jump off the roof

it ain't dante alighieri's inferno - but "abandon all hope, ye who enter here" - no hope, no escape & no redemption!

once ali f*cks up (and it might initially be their problem not yours) that is it, game over

unless you start afresh on a different :

    *     machine
    *     ip address
    *     email address
    *     phone number

you're totally scr*wed

all sarcasm aside my conclusion is 'tis time to stop blaming the clowns and simply time to ask why i've kept trying to buy tickets to the circus

GOODBYE
