- The front derailleur seems to have 4 speeds instead of 2(I'm new to bikes so please let me know if I'm just stupid and this is normal) - i.e. it clicks 3 times when shifting up and 3 times when shifting down and I'm not sure if I did something wrong with the setup. Shouldn't it be just 1 click down and 1 click up?
- When I try to shift front derailleur to the big chainring, the chain get's stuck in between derailleur cage and chainring - see the pictures in attachment(not sure if it's clearly visible). I haven't lube the chain yet - can that cause it or something else is wrong?
- Those are trim positions to prevent chain rub on the front derailleur when in crosschained gear combos. See https://www.youtube. com/watch?v=CR8jyNgoS0U for a good little visualization (remove the space in the URL - youtube links are really weird on this forum.)
- The chain getting stuck between the front derailleur and the chainring is how shifts happen - the chain is forced into the big chainring which picks it up and deposits it onto the teeth. Of course, this only happens when pedaling - nothing will happen if the crank isn't rotating.

Sad to say they definitely don't clear coat but rather buff the color to a gloss finish instead. Only if you order a chameleon color it seems that it's clear coated due to the process of painting Chameleon colors
I've also ridden the first few kilometers to set every adjustment and get a first feel for the bike. The build with pedals and bottle mounts is about 7,5kg.
The mechanical shifting works fine. It only needs some fine tuning. The bike feels very good and stiff. I have to say that I do not really have a comparison. Only my aluminum gravelbike (Trek Checkpoint). I'll also post my impressions after a few longer rides.
I think the frame fits me pretty well with size 54. I'm 175cm with inseem of 82. But after only 10km I don't know exactly.
My personal Pros and Cons so far:
+ Good frame and parts quality. No bigger problems yet.
+ The build was good with some smaller problems.
- front derailleur hanger not so good for mechanical Shimano due to the missing support for the stabilizer screw.
- paint quality is okay (small imperfections here and there) but the clear coat is very thin so that I already have some smaller scratches. I think the paintjob should be clear coated at least 2 times.
As already mentioned by other people the carbon in some areas (downtube, toptube) Is very thin. You can easily flex it with your thumb. I don't know if that is normal for that kind of frames. I just want to say it.
All in all I'm very happy how it turned out and looking forward to the next rides. The whole build was about 2500 Euro. For that price I can't buy a branded Frame with carbon wheels and group set.

As regards the pricing I think u can manage to find builds like that on canyon for example and adding some cheap carbon wheels. Most likely weight would be a bit heavier but not that much.
In any case I believe it's all in the experience and learning rather than on the price

I’ve been running a 32 but had previously tried 34 and 30 in the previous setup. All worked but the 32 was the “Goldilocks” size for me.
I did use dialectric grease on the connectors. I’d didn’t see any other obvious places to protect.
