Hi all,

new here but read through the topic, I'm planning on building bike on this frame after hambini's review but after Tiago's adventures i'm being cautious. I'm in touch with Wendy from LC and discussing the details. I hope your case @tiagosantos_ss would be resolved positively. I intend on asking about your case in my email thread specifically.

I also have a q for people that already built a bike on this frame. Does it take Shimano cable operated FD or not? There is no clear answer from this thread. I'm waiting on Wendys response on that.

I'm using RXL drop bars and the 38mm weighs 200g for the flared version. Only cost $35-40 USD on AliEx. I have them on both my road bikes paired to a 90g UNO lightweight stem. No issues at all.

Road Bike Frames, Wheels & Components / Re: New frame: Longteng RD301-D

I plan to buy the RD301 too. So far contact with Alisa has been great and she is very helpful. Here are some of the photos of their show bike (size 52). Nothing special but it's cool to see how the fully asembled frame looks like. I think it looks really good!

Another interesting thing that I found... On one of the photos, you can see (top right) the frame from Ribble? I did not know, that they are producing frames for Ribble, I've only heard about Argon.

I did a proper bleed and it's much better. I think I wrecked the front pads/rotor with mineral oil though. Back brakes have way more grip than front. But those Hope instructions were really helpful.

Clean the rotors with alcohol or acetone. Torch them for a few seconds with a flame to burn off the mineral oil. Sand them down with a fine grit sound paper to rough up the surface.

For the pads you can just torch them and sand them and they should be useable again.

It uses 1 1/8 stem. The bigger bearing is to fit cables through

How are wheels and hubs?

Wow, that's the worst I've ever seen.  Did they give you a new frame? I wonder how voids like that even happen! It's like the sheet of carbon they used was all torn up when they put it in the mold or something.

So far only one "automatic reply" saying they are in an autumn festival and will be able to reply back after September 19th

Wasn't me, it's another federico I own a Carbonda 936 and so far really happy about it

and be careful because paypal is not helping anymore on this. Latest experience with paypal have been very bad, a waste of money. Probably aliexpress is more safe now.
Is credit card any better at helping with disputes?
