Replace aluminum rocker arm. Size L, matt black frame, weight 1749g.
Too heavy, how much does it weight with the carbon rocker link and no paint?

That's what I did.  Plus you'll need to secure the DI2 wire so it does rub on the wheel.

I think it is a little strange, that some frames have this hole an the most doesn't. For electrical group set you'll normally need it.
Not the end of the world but still strange, because the say the frame is for mechanical and electrical shifting.

They should do the hole always and provide a rubber grommet zu Close it in case of mechanical shifter.

What did you use to secure the wire?

Prepped last night for a longer ride today.  Bike shifted fine. App stated 90% battery for both batteries.   Today, started my ride and the front derailleur wouldn't shift, Rode the about 60 miles in the small chainring.    When I got home, I removed the CR2032 button battery.  Voltage measured .87 volts.  Installed a new battery and all is well.  I recommend replacing the "Lynkcell" brand CR2032 battery with high quality Batteries.   Who would think that with only 500 miles on the EDSTX kit, the button battery would be bad.

Just received my light, I unfortunately cannot connect to it with the Magene Utility app, how do I update the firmware then?

Anybody else with this issue?

"This device is not compatible with the current app. Please use the corresponding app."

My app version is v1.7.1
That is the current version of the app, looks exactly the same but it connects to my L508 without that message.

I would contact Magene support.

There was rumour of two different versions of the L508, one built just for the Chinese market and the other for the International market. If you bought your L508 from AliExpress you might of got the Chinese version.

I did buy my from the "offical" Magene store on AliExpress, but that was 18 months ago.

How to route the di2 cable if there is no hole under the front derailleur? Through the hole for mechanical behind?

I really wonder why Joe hasn't made a Wheeltop video yet, I know he has one.

Today I finished up a ride and I was cleaning my ER9 bike when it fell on the drive side knocking the rear derailleur. It was enough of an impact to bend the derailleur hanger and threw off my RD fine-tuning adjustments. I had to realign the hanger and then redo my gear fine tuning. Luckily I was able to get everything back in working order.

I'm at about 13,600 shifts with the ER9. Issues I've encountered so far is jamming the chain into the cassette (dumping too many gears without pedaling) and dropping the bike on the RD (throwing off indexing). Both issues fixed. Batteries are still in working order and front/rear derailleurs shifting properly. Let's see how long my ER9 will last!  ;D

I bought the 168 2 years ago and it’s impeccable. I bought the GF002 and it too is impeccable.
I abuse my 168 on the indoor trainer and outdoors. I abused the Gf002 on a an bikepacking trip…

I believe that their quality assurance improved over time, sometimes there may be sloppiness and customer service in these cases seems mind boggling from a western perspective, I agree.
