Really decent bike for the money. It seems pretty insane to me that someone would be so mesmerized by a marketing campaign, that would literally pay about that price for just a carbon hardtail frame set.
Components aren't too shabby, but definitely not high end. It's missing thru axles front and rear. That said the Rock Shox 30 TK gets good reviews.. Brakes and saddle probably need upgrading, I personally could't stand having a low end aluminum cock pit on a carbon frame, but I'm picky.
One could buy this bike for $1200 and spend $600 on a very nice carbon rim wheelset and have a pretty sweet bike for $1800. The problem with that is.. your frame and wheels are so nice at that point that I couldn't stand to not bring everything else up to par to match those standards.. Can't have cheap/heavy tires on carbon rims.. and on and on it would go
... but that's me, others may not would have that concern.
Either way.. $1200 is very low for a complete carbon hardtail by today's standards.
