Sorry for your loss but you ordered WAY too big. I'm 187cm/85kg and I wear L! XL is super loose for me.

Weight and height is not the only factor. I weight less then You with the same height and need XL. L would be to small. But yeah I also under 10% bf and legs little packed - 59/60cm. Attached photo of legs that need XL if we got some other packed boys here. Another photo with the bibs I've shared recently. As u can see length is perfect with XL

I've just received this Rion jersey: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005007537832192.html

Paid 20 USD (all in to EU) and it looks really good. Nice fit and the materials look high quality.

I've ordered an XS for my 172cm/65kg and it fits tight but I like it that way.

Got some YKYW stuff recently.

Socks with reflective stripes
https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256806486804730.html
Size medium fits my size 40 feet very nicely.
The reflective stripes really pop.  Super nice socks for $4!

Jersey with reflective dot sleeves
https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256804989421652.html
Size Asia XS fits my 165cm / 55kg frame nicely.
Reflective dots and stripe pop nicely.  The side panels are almost see-through.  The sleeve collars have a nice gripper material much like the YKYW bibs. There is a nice zipper cover flap on the inside of the jersey.

So are you gonna tell us what your peak power is from your nuclear reactors or what?

Not that much - around 1400W. That may be a surprise but I prefer high cadence and this is where I get highest power. I even recently switched to 50/34 and shorter cranks to be able to spin faster and don't put that much pressure purely on muscles.

87cm inseam, saddle height 77cm, cranks from standard 175 to 170 on all bikes from this season - best upgrade ever

Yeah that makes a lot of sense given your dimensions
It’s so clearly a LARP of an aero bike.

I wasnt at the gym for like 6 years. But even when I was weightlifting my legs never looked that good. Even when rest of the body was shredded fo 7%. I also lost a lot of muscles, but I've stopped gym/sports due to seroius health issues I had for few years and was looking like a zombie at peak illness. I came back to good health last year and this year I am really on top of my form. Clean lifestyle, good diet, lots of cycling :) Also to have muscels and vains like that one need lots of carbs :) So High carb/sugar, low to med protein and low fat is the way.

One of the benefits of being a long term cyclist is being able to use the whole weight stack on calf raise machines at the gym.

You can also get a nice head rush pushing 200kg of plates on the 45 degree leg press and almost passing out when you stand up due to low blood pressure from all that cardio work.
