Did you removed the cable guides? Can you tell us how your rear shiftercable install was?

You mean this:

No i didn't remove it. I have seen ip-256 frames  with guiding tubes but mine didn't have them.
I did switch the  derailleur cables to get a better curves at the bar. So the cables cross in the down tube.

Inside the chainstay is some kind of tube but there is no way to see it, if you put the innercable in the little hole in bracket it comes automatic out the end of the chainstay so there must be some tube.

Strange: apperently xmiplay had two different styles of frames. Is there à possibility of running the full outer cable trough the frame. And how is the shifting with the bare cables through the frame?

There's only one style of the IP-256. Only the guide tubes were missing.
If you want to run the full cable through your frame, like me, you have to drill out the cable stops for the rear derailleur.

I meant the frame seems to be delivered with different inner tubes. (With or without) when running bare cables through the frame, i would prefer to have inner tubes. The angle the cable has to make on the guide sleeves of the BB seems quite unnatural witch could effect the shifting.

There are no inner tunes. The white tubes are only to guide the bare cable through the frame and then you have to remove the white tubes.

The guide on the bottom of the bottom bracket is only to guide the bare cable around the bottom bracket and prevent the cable wearing the frame. It stays there.

My bottom bracket guide plate is only guiding the cable for the front derraileur. The cable for the rear derailleur is running through the full outer hose and I guide it above the bottom bracket.
