How long were you actually riding? Couple weeks ago I did Stelvio from two sides, which ended up with 3600m of climbing and around 5-6h on the bike. I was perfectly happy, as I always am, with Spexcel bibs.

Can anyone recommend rain shoe covers? I have heavy duty rubber covers that work great for really rainy days, but I need something for a light shower or road splash getting into the shoes. So far anything I tried has a horrible fit on my half, too wide. My issue is I need a narrow (skinny calf) opening. Everything I try just slips right off.

Not original boa but similar I have sidebike and santic shoes, both are very good imo - santic is quite expensive and only worth buying if you get a really good deal.

Can someone recommend shoes for road bike with boa? I’m looking for white shoes.

I have a pair of Sidebike shoes. Having great luck with them. The A-Top dials work well. I did have to strip the plastic coating from the wires as they were starting to wear and would get jammed in the dial. I did purchase replacement wires, but don't want to deal with replacing them yet. Not that it's hard or anything. It's working fine with the plastic stripped off. Other than that the soles are stiff. The shoes are comfy. I like them. I'm sure you can find them in white. Mine a greenish gold.

I get on really well with Cheji bibs but their prices have shot up recently. They're still cheap compared to western brands but these cost me £13.53 in May.

I've only used them a couple of times as the weather hasn't really turned here yet but it feels fine. It's not as good for me as the green Dolomiti pads in my other Cheji bibs but I didn't think/notice the difference during a 2.5 hour ride.
