Okay, so I know we've got YKYWBike, RSantce, Inbike and Cheji so far for thermal bibs. But I'm curious -

Has anyone managed to strike gold and find a thermal bib that undercuts all four above? I'm looking for thermal bibs right now, but I'm open to trying out any sleepers here.

Have two rides in these now. They are thick and warm, likely not waterproof at all, but good for dry cold rides. They come up high in the front and sides like a proper winter bib. Chamois is a fake Elastic I am sure but is comfy.
I'm 5'7" and went with Medium.

I cab 2nd that recommendation. And because they go up pretty high, you are very warm in the front. The negative, good luck stopping for a quick pee.
But last night at +1C for 2h ride, zero issues.

3rd'ed, great insulation and what seems like a pad that's obviously fake, but still decent - not dissimilar to the red Fualrny(?) one that was discussed a few pages back. Only small gripe would be the pad being placed very far up front, though that might end up differing from batch to batch or even bib to bib.

Got it over here and paid about 10.5€ after coins and coupons.

FWIW, The Fularny tights are non thermal and full length, but can be rolled up so that the lower seam is behind the knee, making very nice knickers. Given the lack of ali knicks, this is a find...

I will say after about 5 rides in the 30's (Fahrenheit) I have noticed I need a bit more coverage in the crotch area. A sock worked well rofl.

OK, so after having had some sort of success with nearly all my clothing purchases from AliX, I bought a dud. This jacket from Darevie will not work in winter, and it does not meet the description as being "fleeced". I have only used it once, for running in a temperature around 0C. I rarely get cold when I run, so to my surprise I got really cold from the start. I was still quite cold after 45 mins of trail running, and while the jacket failed to trap heat on the inside, it succeeded in trapping moisture. I was nearly soaking wet, even though air humidity that day was really low. I really can't see any use case for this jacket, so I will likely just bin it.

I rarely go out in the winter if it's wet, so my winter jackets only need to be windproof and warm. Does such a jacket exist on AliX?

That’s just an outer shell though. You gotta layer for the warmth.

I did wear Darevie's bibs(not that particular model) in S for years (178cm/69Kg) but now I buy them in M, they've got tighter.
A positive, is that the legs as a result are a bit longer now.

Hmmm..I had the feeling the newer bib I ordered is uncomforting super tight.
Honestly...i thought it's me, as I have a really a lot of Bibs from Darevie in S and thought they may have stretched out a bit. I should compare the width of the legs and hips  .. thanks for that hint!

I'm currently waiting on a Spexcel thermal jersey, I'll report back when I receive it.

I wear spexcel for like 4 years,  I like everything from them except maybe their short bibs not so much (too loose for me). Winter clothing especially is really the best bang for your buck that you can get. Also tried darevie and ykwybike, darevie speedsuit is okay, aerosocks and overshoes too. Bought one winter bib from them but that one was really thin and loose so i didnt like it. Ykwybike i have one bib from, its okay.

I'm currently waiting on a Spexcel thermal jersey, I'll report back when I receive it.

I have two of those, on in black and one in "rose" color, ant they are great. But in real winter I need something windproof, too. And I prefer a warm jacket over layering up. I currently have two of Rapha's Core winter jackets, and they are really great.
