I have karoo, and in the training results it perfectly shows where and what gears I used.

No problems at all, everything connected the first time. People in the thread previously also reported that they had no problems connecting.

1. Have you tried activating the groupset while plugged into the charger?
yes, after I have unplugged the USB calbe the groupset is dead again.

2. Have you tried re-pairing the shifters to the front and rear derailleur?
Yes.

3. Do you see a light when plugged in?
Yes, but just when the groupset is connected to the USB charger.

4. Does the app see the groupset?
Yes, but just when the groupset is connected to the USB charger.

Yes, but just when the groupset is connected to the USB charger and somethimes the conncetion gets lost. 

6. Have you tried resetting the groupset on the app to factory default?
Yes, several times.

7. Have you tried hard resetting the rear derailleur by holding the RD button (might need multiple resets).
Yes, also several times.

The rear derailleur sounds very strange when shifting. And somethimes the shifter just toggle up and down while I press the shifters or shift in the app.

I have recorded videos, is it possible to load them up?

I installed the LTWOO er9 V3 and I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong, but the rear derailleur only shifts three gears and then it starts ticking and won’t go any higher — after a moment it kind of goes back to the highest gear. I don’t have the chain or crank installed yet, but it probably shouldn’t be like this, right? FD working okay.

What batteries are you using? I remember experiencing something similar when i tried to use the batteries with a larger capacity than required. Also check the limit screws just in case

It’s not hot the body. RD is in this position (photo)
Also when I change the gear the light is green/red and RD only little shake.

Batteries that I use is the battery that comes with groupset.

Put the chain on before adjusting anything. I think the cage will hit the cassette if trying to shift without the chain attached. Also I don't mess with batteries on LTwoo. I just stick to the recommended 800mah 14500 3.7v batteries that are suggested. No need for higher capacity or anything fancy.

how long do the 800mah batteries last you? when i was test riding my new build i hadnt recharged it and even though it had between 60-70% charge the front would click but most of the time it wouldnt shift, now i charged it its fine

I tend to charge them after every ride. I'm a bit OCD like that. I also have a few spare batteries laying around if I ever need to replace them. I don't do long touring or anything like that, but I'm sure the batteries can hold up for several hundred kilometers if need be.

Yeah no need to go fancy, just get 14500 batteries that match those specs.
