For the current users, is it worth swapping erx v3 to Shimano 105? Or better stick to Shimano?

Yes upgrade to 105 Di2, it's guaranteed an extra 100 watts!  ;D

There's so many variable to FD tuning. I adjust my ER9 cage in a certain way. Ignore all the YT'ers, they don't even know what they're doing!

First I'd make sure your FD cage is as close as possible to the chainring teeth. At the least, a 2mm gap (FD cage to teeth) is as wide as you should go. Second I would tune the FD first for the small chainring and small cog. Get that chain (while on the small cassette cog) as close to the to the cage as possible to insure you don't have rubbing in the big cassette cog. Once that's taken care of, shift to the big ring and adjust the big chainring/small cog in the same way. Get the cage as close as possible to the chain.

1-2 number differences can be huge with the fine tuning. On my out-of-spec 52-36/10-33t setup, I notice 82 vs 84 makes all the difference with good or bad FD shifting under load. In fact since I use gear protection, I don't mind chain rubbing in my small/small because I don't use my 2 smallest cogs on the small chainring (or my big/big). My setup is optimized to work well within the usuable gear range, completely ignoring the cross-chaining gears.

Anyways good luck!

Hi,
by the videos on YouTube I meant the ones from the official ltwoo channel  :D :D

It's the same procedure you recommended to me, right?

The problem is that if I follow that procedure the chain unfortunately does not go from 30 to 46.
I wouldn't want the derailleur to be too high compared to the large chainring, and unfortunately I don't have any more space to lower it.
The only way I've found so far to get decent shifting is to move the derailleur's "tail" a little outward, but shifting isn't great under heavy load.
I have the same crankset on my gravel bike with Sensah Empire gears and I haven't had these adjustment problems.
At this point I don't know if the problem is the crankset, the derailleur being too high or it's me
I don't think it's a derailleur problem, but I also tried to write to ltwoo support, let's see if they answer me

The FD needs to be as close as possible, I'd get one of these adjustment spacers if there's a huge gap.

Months ago I was able to get 80sdesigner store to sell me individual parts for my old v1 eGR. They were speaking to me until recently about getting replacement arms for my eGR until they suddenly said they can't sell them. I've heard others report the same. It seems 80sDesignerStore is no longer worth talking to about such things, unfortunately.

Well selling spares in this product universe is not easy, earning money with it harder , even for a chinese company....i am suprised they kept this service alive for so long....there may be some changes in distributing and ltwoo does not deliver spares to them anymore?
who knows.

are these jockey wheels not on the wrong way round? on my old 105 derailleur the long teeth are in the upper position, these also dont spin very freely at all

Yeah, LTwoo ships their RD that way. The problem with that setup is the upper wheel can cause the chain to come off and jam. Especially if you over shift without pedaling. I swapped mine with Ultegra upper/lower wheels with the narrow wide upper teeth. The drivetrain runs much better with little to no chain drops and I can get the upper wheel closer to the small cog with the 11/11t configuration. Though I haven't tried the new LTwoo OSPW, so I can't comment if it works better.

I wonder if LTwoo does it that way as some sort of work around with Shimano patents?

I didn’t like the 52-36 + 11-34t combo on the stock wheels. I am currently using a 52-36t + 10-33t combo and that works okay. 50-34 + 11-34t works fine with Shimano wheels.

The new LTwoo OSPW supports 34t. The stock cage supports in-spec max 32t.

Hello everyone, I was eyeing this groupset for my first bike build and I was obviously very convinced by Trace Velo's video, mainly for the "ultegra" level shifting speeds at such a cheap price . On reading more about it here I feel less confident about the groupset. I was planning to buy it from pandapodium with the battery as it's cheaper than Aliexpress even with the discounts (huge shipping fee to where I live). With this I won't have to worry about choosing the right battery cells for the set, but I'm still concerned about the technical and warranty issues that many of you have faced with Ltwoo (hopefully it'll be better with pandapodium as the middleman, right?). I'm open to your advices or experience with this groupset. Thanks in advance!

Personally I'd be much happier buying from Pandapodium than else where but with the discounts available on 105 Di2 I'd probably get that if I had to have electronic shifting.

i somehow managed to break the battery holder by putting vapcell H10's in it and pandapodium replied same day, asked for a video and said they would contact ltwoo. i havnt heard anything for about a week but i havnt chased them up about it either. Its kinda my fault for messing with it but they were good batteries i tried to switch to, most of the ali sellers ship without any at all and if ltwoo dont want people fucking with it they should make it a sealed unit.

i was shitting myself so i bought a replacement from 80designer store on aliexpress it wasnt cheap (£45) but it was just the holder that was faulty, i kinda expect ltwoo to offer a replacement at cost but ill have to wait and see

Not sure if anyone got to the bottom of the olive and barb issue. Panda podium told me that ltwoo told them the brake hoses, olives, and barbs are unique. They can sell me a full set, 3 meters of hose, 4 barbs and 4 olives for 10 dollars, plus 15 delivery. Not bad. I wonder if it's necessary though?

I bought 2 weeks ago 8 barbs + 8 olives with oring Ltwoo on Aliexpress and payed 9,50€ for that, shipping free.

Hi, from the ltwoo website in Chinese (not the English version) you can find the manual in version 3.1
This manual shows the barb with the O-ring.
I don't know if this is essential, but at this point I think so, to mitigate possible oil leaks.

I attach the english version of the manual.
