Can you post whole frame photo? I'm interested how this frame looks like in XS.

Here it is. Seat post cut and so is the fork. Once she gets on it I might still remove a spacer or two and the post will go up about 6cm once I get the Di2 routed.

How tall is your wife? I'm a man but I'm 164 cm tall and I'm wondering whether to choose "S" or "XS". I'm afraid that XS might be too small and look ridiculous.

You got this wrong. Too big of a bike will look ridiculous. But never mind the looks, it will not be comfortable to ride at all.
She is 162cm. This has 360/380mm bar with 100mm stem.

I would say go for the XS and get a longer stem.

At this price level they will all perform pretty much the same. Nothing special about what I got other than the shape and great service from Tagoola. I like the looks of them and the weight is pretty good as well. Longevity, well we will have to ride them few 1000km to see if there are any issues.

Finished my Model S build today. Super pleased so far! All of the small revisions that Hygge has made in the last year or so made the build go quite smoothly. The only snag I encountered was some crud inside the handlebar messing up the outside of one of my brake hoses. I would highly suggest checking for burrs inside the openings at the steerer side of the bar! I went with custom color (the blue/purple chameleon fade is not standard) and deleted some logos. The added cost was super reasonable, added basically no time to the order, and I got the frame in less than two weeks.

Think I’ll be swapping the bottle cage out for something else, just a placeholder for now!

7.7 kg/17lb without pedals! Definitely not the most lightweight setup, but not too heavy either. The SC45 wheels are about 1480g so could easily shed weight there. We get a good team deal with FSA so they are a no brainer price wise. Total cost was about $3200 US. I feel super good about that considering it’s all new, name brand parts — my first totally new bike. The frame is stiff and has very little subjective flex under power, but is far from uncomfortable. 32c tires at 53 PSI help a lot with that. The clearance up front is sub-optimal but there is a gap. The pinch point is up at the top, and the sides are pretty open. All things considered I don’t mind that as much as bad side clearance where you get tire rub with hard cornering and debris buildup. YMMV with other tires but at least in my case, 32c is a go.

I'm thinking about replacing my handlebar and I need to know what headset system is on our Model S. Is it stnadard FSA ACR system? It looks like to me.

To help you with sizing, I am 175 cm maybe 176 on a good day, 81/82 cm inseam I chose S frame w/100mm stem. M would have been too long and with too much standover height. Considering the 15mm setback on the seatpost, S is spot on for what I need. Stack is a little on the low side, but I run 25mm of spacers to adjust for this. I think that there is a big gap between S and M sizes and people of my size find it difficult to decide on frame size. I also was not sure of the size but got the help here in this thread. I think it's better to size down than to go with the larger frame. Hope this helps.

Now then. I have this frame for my wife in XS and it just came in. Its hard to find bikes that small (actual tube sizing) and this one will fit proper. Pics out of the box attached.
I will build it up with 105Di2 with 160mm cranks and 360mm bar. The wheelset is coming from Tagoola and will be here this week.

Not sure what you are asking but the cable that came with the groupset is plenty long. And i do mean PLENTY.
The photo above shows the bike with wheels. We are waiting on 165mm cranks for her to come in before I finish. Its the only thing missing now.

Ohhhhhhh there was no mount included in my build. I just bubble wrapped the battery and pushed it in. What does the mount look like?
