Feel progressively annoyed with my The One 2nd gen handlebars and its clamping system, have to tighten the headset every 2-3 days... So I am in search of alternative integrated handlebars. Does anyone knows and tried bars that are:
- sub 350 grams (bare bars)
- available in 38 cm width and total reach (stem+handlebar reach) of 195-200 mm
- have traditional clamping design
- sub 200 EUR
- relatively stiff (no flex at around 1200W)?

I have the 38/80 at home and it is around 350gr. It will be the cheapest option for you.

The description says total weight with spacers is whopping 520 gr. Is it true? Mine was approximately 350 gr bars and 100 gr accesories

There are 2 versions of the spacers. Plastic and metal. The metal ones are heavier. You can buy the spacers separate though.

For the moment I am considering the Avian Canary myself. 260USD incl. tax free shipping on Ali. Might be worth it. Saves 100gr

I heard they are quite flexy. Farsports F1S/F1X is quite tempting option with neat design, although a bit over my tight budget.

I don't like the rise but my main concern is I've had integrated handlebars from LC before and did not like them - very flexy and the shape is a bit strange.

Yeah, under no circumstances I would recommend handlebars with shim-based clamping to anyone.

I have recently picked up a Giant and it uses the OD2 standard. Was wondering if there are current recommendations for OD2 that is stiff and relatively easy to route for internal brake hose (Di2 setup)?

Big Rock Handlebars is a quite good option, a bit on a pricey side but worth it IMO.

Hi guys, have a problem with selection of correct handlebar cockpit.
I have now Merida Reacto 2026 in XS, which is with stem 90mm length (MERIDA EXPERT SL 2P), and Merida Expert CW handlebar (78mm reach) and I think and from my bikefitting, I need 80mm stem with shorter reach on handlebar. I already read the whole internet and my selection of cockpits are:

My question is not about what should I buy, but I need to know one thing. I read on the most forums, that some of these cockpits are 1cm longer than described., that's why I had to remove Tavelo Rise from the selection (tavelo official partner answered, that 80mm is like 90mm).

So my question is, what is 80mm real stem length ? If you guys have some of these handlebars, could you please measure that and tell me ?

I know it’s not a handlebar on your list, but it’s the one I use, so I can share my experience. I have the Lexon Thin Line handlebar https://it.aliexpress.com/item/1005010706794452.html, 380 × 100 mm, and the dimensions seem right to me. I’m attaching a photo.

The pitfall in practice:
When a manufacturer measures the geometry from the bottom, an aero stem specified as "100 mm" might actually be 110 mm long along the top edge. So, if you are switching from a standard stem (measured center-to-center) to an integrated aero cockpit, you should carefully check the manufacturer's geometry charts. Otherwise, you might end up stretched out 10 mm further on the bike than you originally intended. For instance, the specifications for the T4 Ultra handlebar and The One Ultra are indeed measured from the bottom. However, there are exceptions to this rule: my LightCarbon HBR17 measures exactly 100 mm from the top, which perfectly matches the manufacturer's specifications.
