No, replicas aren't lighter than the original. If your so-called original fork weighs more than 500g, then you have a problem. Either your "original" V2 is a (bad) fake, or your scale is faulty, or you weighed it with the expander in the steerer tube...

. The real V2 fork is around 350g, while replicas are more like 400g. As for the frame, the copy is generally at least 150 to 200g heavier. So yes, it can be difficult to route the hose through the fork, but that doesn't make the bike a bad bike..
