Vincent had the same problem in the TanTan topic: https://chinertown.com/index.php/topic,6275.90.html

after I told him to check the end-caps on the wheels and the UDH hanger, he got is solved. According to him, it was the UDH hanger..

This frame isn’t UDH, I did check the facing around the axles and the hanger and everything seems to be as it should. I can take a closer look but I don’t see anything that could make this big of a difference.

Here's how he solved it:

No issues with udh, replaced it with some I had, same old issue.
With some basic trigonometry I determined that i needed to displace hole 0.9mm further up.

Gravity will keep the wheel in place, although i have to fill the ovalized space for rigidity.

Everything is back in place straight et than ever. UDH hole was too low. Tolerance was over the moon. Hambini would've cried.

not everybody is a native English speaker ;) yeah I guess the tolerances are shit, but since these bikes are made in a mold, seems the problem should be searched elsewhere, no? Or else, everybody would have this problem?

I used a laser to take the wheel(s) out of the equation and it looks like the rear triangle is off to the right by about 1cm at the axel… not promising

My order from Yohobikes have arrived
Ordered September 24, arrived October 22 (Western Australia).

Initial impressions is that the interior is very clean, Bearing surfaces look smooth, Brake mounts on front look good, rear has paint overrun and needs sanding.
Overall looks good enough to ride.

Will put it on the stand and build it up over the next week.

Looks lovely and clean.

Might be a stupid question, but how is there paint overrun? Isn't that a bare carbon finish?

And did you choose one without decals? Fair play.

My bad, I mean clear coat overrun.
So there is a small but noticable lip in the clear coat right next to one of the rear brake mount bolting holes, just something to take off with some light sanding.

My plan is to brand it with Lao Gan Ma stickers later 😎

Routed brakes and installed 'The One Ultra' handlebars.

Did not encounter any major issues;
- Had to file out the RD cable hole, the Ltwoo connector is girthier than Di2 I'm pretty sure.
- BB threaded in smooth
- headset bearings snug fit, no play
- front brake threads were a little gunked up (clear coat??) Chased and cleaned.

Man, a Lao Gan Ma head tube badge would be sweet. Maybe I should do that on my SP Cycle. I'm addicted to the stuff.

yesterday i build mine from yoho. everything was ok. A little difficult with the cables from ltwoo but it wasn't terrible. The brake cables went through easily and the handlebars too. The rear wheel is centered.

Nice. I ordered a frame. Just wondering what I need to buy because it would be my first time building one. Apart from the groupset which I found on Ali, what else is needed?
