So after all that work to get the groupset up and running and I broke the rear mech just like in the other Trace Velo video. It slipped off my bike rack while loading it up and it landed right on that little metal tab. Off it came. Completely my fault. But here we are.

I’m struggling finding a replacement rear mech since it’s discontinued. Or I might have to pony up for a new groupset. I really liked it…when it worked.

Ok. Finally found a place that can sell me a replacement mech. Comes out to about $230 shipped just for the rear mech. Ouch.
Probably just going to splurge on the new updated group since spares will be hard to come by and its apparently not cross compatible.

Where are you based? As I've said, I have 4 rear derailleurs in total, 3 of them dead. I kept them for spare parts so am happy to help you out with the required part if it can be disassembled properly and we can work out shipping

I got mine from the LTWOO direct store. Waiting for my buddy to ship mine to me. Hoping it gets here either Fri or Sat.

Surprised there is no review/impression on YT of this yet. Very tempted to try it, less than half the price of equivalent Shimano. And USB-C charging port is actually a big plus for longer trips (assuming waterproofing is up to standard)

Not sure I'd say less than half - a Shimano 105 lever + caliper set and Deore derailleur seems to be around $650 USD from the usual AliExpress vendors.
