Does anybody know (or could measure) the (preferably inner) diameter of the aerobar (extensions)? Need to know because I have to choose when buying the Leap Blip holders xD
Is it also similar to the Winow ones if I'd want to upgrade? :)

Hi. I don´t know the diameter but I´m using the Leap TT Sram blip holders in this aerobars with no problems.

I´m running now 85mm in spacers (2x20mm + 3x10mm + 3x5mm) because that´s all spacers I have.
So far so good, everything is firm and seady.
I ordered some 40mm and 16cm screws to get me higher (maybe not 40mm, I will test when they arrive)

Did anyone else have their rear derailleur hanger screw blow out when installing it to the frame? Before I was probably half way through torquing the bolt in, it pulled itself through the attached washer, and now has no way to clamp to the hanger to the frame.

Will be ordering my frame this week and so excited. I'm wondering, has anyone ordered the frame without the handlebars if you wanted the Winow bar/extensions anyways? Maybe you would pay less and don't have a handlebar lying around ;D

I once asked if there was a price difference without the bar and there was. Maybe $60 less? This was towards the end of last year.

Because you said it was possible I felt okay to ask, he said he could take off $120, which is quite a lot imo :D
Just put in my order, really excited for the whole build :) will try to post a picture once I'm done, but could take quite some time ;D

Still having problems with the front end on my bike. Chris sent a new alloy stem, but I still have the same problems- even torqued to spec the handlebars can be turned. Also, the fork rocks back and forth like you can see in the video. Has anyone else run into this or have any ideas for how to fix it? Thanks!

You have the expander plug in and tighten? Starting with the easy check
When you tighten you stem, the end don’t touch each other, right?
You use carbon paste between fork tube and stem?
Since you have an aluminum stem and with the expander plug in place, I personnaly wouldn’t hesitate to increase torque on tightening screws a little; I am no bike mechanic so maybe wait one or two others to comment first lol

Did you clean the steerer tube with alcohol/degreaser before installing the stem? In my case, a little grease from the headset bearing always got onto the steerer tube, and that's why the stem slipped.

Yeah, I actually tried a different expander plug but still no change. The stem bolts are torqued to 8 Nm, which was the max recommended.

I am not mechanic but I don’t see the issue with upping the torque 0.5Nm. The fork tube is sandwiched and wont collapse. If you have head stem bolt going into a but rather than threding in the stem itself, I would give it a go. Do you tighten both to 8Nm one after another or do a bit of back and forth between the 2 to get to 8 on both?

Okay, maybe there's grease in the stem's mounting hole?
Don't get me wrong, but that, along with using carbon paste, made all the difference, and now the stem is rock solid.

Perhaps another approach. Does the steerer tube have a consistent diameter across the clamping area? I
Them it's possible the clamp is only making contact with a small area of the tube...

Just broke my rear wheel thru axle at the thread. I will buy a new udh hanger but I am bit confused with the dimensions of the thru axle, it is written : 164mm M12*1.5*L16 but the website mention: M12*1.5*163mm. I also read that it is standard 142x12 mm.

Which one is it? are these the same? Where could I find one?
