Does anyone run 28c tires on 26mm internal rims?

Yes. I am running 28mm Continental Grand Prix 5000 on 26mm internal rims. It measures out to 31.1mm

I don't sorry. According to the ETRTO, it can be dangerous.

I personally don't have any deep knowledge on the topic. At least the XM CS Website states, that the rim is compatible for 28C-45C. I personally don't have any issues with my setup.

I’ve started a new thread on the ultra-wide gravel wheels with titanium spokes.
So far, it covers unboxing and setup – ride impressions will follow.
If you’re interested, you’ll find it in the Gravel section  8)

Communication-wise, I'd say it's pretty terrible.
I ordered wheels with carbon spokes, paid on July 10th. I received a PayPal notification that the payment had been made, but nothing else.
I don't know, an email to confirm they'd received the payment, a thank you for choosing xmspeed, and the build time. Nothing.
They don't respond to Allen's email. I asked Peter for information before buying them, and he responded fairly quickly, with a rather hasty response.
I read about excellent communication, but in my case, it was pretty tragic.

I'm giving them negative feedback.

p.s. On July 29th, I made a payment of $1,000 to a name called XM Carbon Speed. I'm not entirely sure if there's a spoof website behind it, and I just clicked in the wrong place.

While I appreciate your frustration I think Peter is really up against it at the moment with orders and his nipper is due to be born this week. I'm sure it will all come good for you

If Peter is the only one who works at xmcarbon speed, and makes the rims, assembles the wheels, puts them in a box, ships them, handles the correspondence, marketing, etc. etc. then I'll keep quiet. But what company are we talking about then? He must have a couple of collaborators who are behind a computer, right? And what do these collaborators do during the day? It's the wrong method, communication is lacking. I'll leave aside the discussion of frames and cranks always branded xmcs, which are present on this forum with photos and prices, but don't exist on their website.

On my last ride, I noticed that my rear wheel was starting to run sideways. (see attachment)

I've been riding this Wheelset for about 600km.

The setup features D50CU-33 T1100 rims with Pillar Wing 20 spokes.

Have the spokes settled again and do they need to be readjusted, or is there a problem?

There's no visible damage and I haven't hit a pothole.

Firstly thanks for your emails, inquiries. But if possible please do not send emails to both me and Allen, that may confuse us and make your order more time to take due to misunderstanding or ineffective communication between us. Since we normally take care of personal direct clients of ourselves who contact me only or Allen only, and Allen is in charge of all direct orders on our website xmcarbonspeed.cc, my email is there, my WhatsApp is there, you can get in touch with me any time if you had any questions.

Secondly I just had my newborn yesterday, it has been crazy busy time to me recently. So it would be better contact me via WhatsApp this time period. Allen has been affected by my family business too, He has to take more time on our company business. I don't have many collaborators currently because I just trust my men who do only right things. Please give us a little bit more time and be a little patient, your order has been arranged correctly for sure. Sorry about less communication from Allen.

Thirdly yes we are making many items and our old customers know that we haven't listed everything onto our website because many of them are new items, we are factory and we need to guarantee the quality first before we list them officially onto website.

Thanks for your understanding, and again, sorry about the inconvenience.

Hi, I also placed an order on the 10th from the xmcarbonspeed.cc website. I didn't request anything special, I selected the wheels I liked, and today I received an email informing me of the shipment.

Congrats Peter!
Folks need to remember that there is a human side to the business, not all of the companies we deal with are conglomerates with a giant marketing staff. Part of the charm.

Thanks, mate. Don't worry, we spend more money and effort than most of our competitors' companies on development, new molds and attending kinds of bicycle fairs, we won't be that silly to disapprear just due to some retail orders. Actually many clients/ members here know my goal on carbon bicycle career. Anyway, thanks a lot, guys, for your attention and supporting.

Clincher/tubeless ready
T800 carbon
UD Matte
Depth: 40mm left
Internal: 26mm
External: 34mm
No access holes, external nipples
In-house hubs 24H/24H 36T rachets steel bearings center lock straight pull for 100*12/142*12
Shimano HG Driver
Sapim CX-Ray spokes
Sapim self securing brass nipples

So I did a ~800km bikepacking trip on these wheels setup with 44mm Tufo Thundero HD's and they were fantastic. With luggage all loaded up my gravel bike was ~17kg, my weight 90kg so system weight of around 107kg. Mixed gravel and asphalt, maybe 40/60 split. I really like the feel and had no problems. Next week I will hopefully do another trip with the 50mm deep version of this wheel with road tires, will report back.
