The 32 mm will blow up to about 34 mm on a 28 mm rim. Thats what I am running (65 mm depth, 34-28)

What wheelset would you guys be recommending for the following case:

Frame clearance between 32mm and 35mm, even though I plan on running tyres with a width of ~32mm. So I could basically go with 24iW and 30 or 32mm tyres or with 26iW and 30mm tyres. Depth should be between 60 to 65mm as I will be mostly in flat-land conditions Visually, I am aiming for a nice, clean transition between the tire and the rim.

Any recommendations?

FWIW, I have CS-D50-CU-33 rims (26mm IW), which I use with 32mm GP5000 tube-type clinchers. Surprisingly, they only measure out to 33.3mm at 65psi.

33.4mm on GP5000 tubeless ready over here. 28c GP5000 clinchers stretch out to 31mm

The smallest approved tire width for 26IW is 35mm, according to ETRTO standards. With that being said, do what you want. I’m running 32s, but I wouldn’t run 30s, although I know others on this forum are.

Josh Poertner (ex Zipp 404 wheel developer) runds a 32mm GP5000S TR on 3T Discus wheels which are 29i.

If the wheels are hooked, he believes minimum tubeless tyre size = inner rim width + 3mm.

I run 30mm Pirelli P ZERO™ Race RS TLR SPEEDCore on the IW26, and at 65 PSI they measure pretty much exactly 33mm.

However, I am unsure whether to go 16/18H, 18/18H, or 18/20H.

System weight is 90 +/- 2 kg depending on day, pure road usage.

Any input?

Similar thoughts, although I am 10kg lighter (80kg) and going for D50CU31 T1100 w. 3.8mm spokes... not sure about the spoke count config 16 spokes in the front looks amazing though...

Leaning towards 16/18H…

For comparison, Farsports rates their 18/18H 5mm spoked wheels at 120 kg.

Looking for a wheels with rim CS-D50CU-31 (marble finishing) laced with hub r248 grey/titanium color 24holes and ceramic bearing.
I'm not sure regarding which spokes will suits me better.
I'm a (quite) powerfull rider at 87kg and i would like to have a wheelset under 1350grams if possibile.
Any suggestion between carbon spoke (max 3mm Wide) or steel or the new one in Titanium

I'd go steel or Ti if you regularly ride over 2 hours. I have 16H/18H 5mm carbon spokes and the vertical stiffness gets to you even on 32c tires. If you're racing, you'll probably like the vibration feedback
