I installed SRAM BB (DUB T47 Road Bottom Bracket 85.5mm) with SRAM Force E1 2x crankset. Using 3mm spacer that came with BB, my non-drive side has bit of too much empty space. There is no play and I could not move it sideways. Plastic ring is maxed out, and it jumps if tightened more.

Torqued crankset to 54 Nm according to guide. Did I mis something or just need to order extra spacer?

If it jumps, the small screw is too loose. Tighten it a little more; then you should be able to tighten the preload until it no longer moves.

That's not a spacer, it's the crankset bearing preloader. Loosen the screw on preloader and turn it all the way to the non-drive crank arm. Then tap the center of the drive side crank with a plastic or rubber mallet with mild force to get it in as far as it wants to go. Then turn the preloader til it *just* makes contact with the outside of the bearing cover on the non-drive side. Now tighten the small screw. It only needs to be tight enough to not loosen itself.

Is there a chance you are using a wide crankset? You shouldn't, since you mentioned 2x, but for DUB non-wide it is just the 3mm spacer. See SRAM spec chart (page 2): https://www.sram.com/globalassets/document-hierarchy/compatibility-map/road/dub-choose-a-road-bottom-bracket-compatibility-map.pdf

I have finished my build ca. 2 weeks ago. Everything was easy to put together and there have been no issues so far (ca. 350km ridden).

I saw a lot of people early on mentioning problems with a slipping seatpost. I received the new version with the "grippy surface" all around the seatpost. I used the same approach as with my Cannondale Supersix (which also famously has slipping and creaking issues with the seatpost) and put grease on the frame side of the clamp + grip paste on the seatpost side. Torqued to 6nm I have had no slippage even though the roads here in Britain are quite rough with a lot of pot holes.

So far it seems like the updated version of the seatpost solved the issue?

Its supposed to limit creaking. I really hate the noise of a creaking seatpost so I just do it out of caution

Hi ChinerTown,

Seems like I'm in the same boat as several other buyers regarding the shipping delay, and honestly, it's quite frustrating given my situation.

I have been in contact with LightCarbon almost literally every single week since I placed my order. Two weeks ago, I was told it would ship within one week. Last week, the new estimate moved to two weeks, but that one I can understand as I had switched my color choice from glossy black to raw carbon glossy, so a short additional delay made sense.

What does not make sense, however, is suddenly (today, when I’ve asked an update since it was supposedly the last week) being told to wait until the end of May with no prior warning. That's a one-month delay appearing out of nowhere, and given how closely I have been following up, it feels like this could and should have been communicated much earlier.

Just wanted to share my experience in case it's useful.

About +90% of all the creaking sound is actually from the ThruAxles. It is also the simpleist fix, so I would try that first. Clean and lube the touching points on ThruAxle/frame, and mount it to correct torque.

I had similar issue that drove me crazy for months. It was also this combo fault, but in my case the derailleur hanger was originally mounted a bit off, and then the ThruAxle was a bit off as well.

I also ordered the upgraded CEMA T47 Bottom bracket with ceramic bearings in size 85.5-28.99 for DUB.

The following is a Noob inquiry to tap the group's expertise on SRAM Crankshafts, chainline and bottom brackets. 

I plan to use the SRAM Force XPLR AXS 1x13 drivetrain with the following components:
SRAM Cassette XG-1371 XPLR E1 13 Speed 10-46 (part number 00.2418.160.000)
SRAM Force XPLR AXS Rear Derailleur, Black, 13 Speed E1 (part number 00.7518.193.000)
SRAM Force 1 XPLR Power Meter Crankset, Black, 12/13 Speed, DUB Wide, 160mm, 42T, E1 (part number 00.6118.737.000)

In essence, the entire group set will be SRAM Force AXS E1.

The questions I have are related to the bottom bracket spacing. 
The SRAM Force E1 cranksets are DUB Wide. 
The CEMA bottom bracket from LC is a DUB bottom bracket.   

Will this combination work and keep the chainline in proper position? 
Will spacers suffice to keep the chainline aligned?
Do I need to purchase a DUB Wide bottom bracket, and if so, what is suggested?

I'm still learning here.

When I was putting this together I thought the Force E1 1x13 system requires a DUB Wide crank (longer spindle) to achieve the required 47.5mm chainline and using spacers on both sides would work.   

I am now questioning this, thus my posting to the group.

I purchased the CEMA bearing because it seemed like a decent quality product for the price that LC was making them available.  I'm open to purchasing something else if that would work better.  I already have the tooling for installing the CEMA BB.

I also ordered the Cema dub BB from Lightcarbon. In the box is an instruction manual that tells you the amount of spacers needed drive and non drive side for road and wide cranksets. Hope this helps.
