Anyone using this frame tried 32C tires? And also why does it say "only supports electronic gearshifting" and then "Both mechanical and DI2 can be used", what does that mean? 

I spoke with them and they told me electronic shifting only.  No mechanical!

Hi, new to the forum but lurker from a long time,

I recently bought the frame, was used to Seraph on aliexpress, went through spcycle, thrust, classic BXT (but through meinier) - and i forgot, a immense favorite, HYGGE (who sent a replacement fork after two years of warranty)

i'll document everything once received, will install eds tx later on.

What should I excpect to look at on the frame for defects? I never had issues, always good finish but it's a first with so much specific tubes.

Also I want to make a very much light build, to compensate for the weight of the frame, and i have a question that rep is so slow to answer (is he painting my frame himself? who knows)

what is the standard for axles, I can zoom in and find pitch for threads but no info on the other side if i want to order TI ones.

also maybe dumb question but is the seatpost the same as Factor originals? if i want to buy a "duh-rimo" to win 100g will it fit? i reckon i'll be one of the first ones to receive it but if anyone knows I'll be glad to order one quick.

Just picked up a size 56 with no paint (raw finish). Also requested a 380mm x 100mm integrated handlebar. Paid for the matte black version for about $510 USD shipped to Canada. $489 for the frame + $108 shipping - $90 coupon.

I was able to persuade the seller to also gift me a set of thru axels since it isnt painted.

Hope it arrives in good condition!

TanTan can't be taking serious anymore as a company, just another reseller. Placing them in the AirWolf camp.

I pulled the trigger yesterday too. There was some special price on AliExpress that I could not pass on. I picked the chameleon color, but am not too sure. Any suggestions on nice paint job that tantan can do?

It's also weird that they sell the frameset without axles & headset bearings. I think they are the only seller that does that.

Just noticed that you also mentioned headset bearings...the listing on aliexpress says the headset is included - did you have to also order a headset?

They told me the headset bearings were included with the x71. I ended up paying extra for the thru axles. So basically I should receive the frameset with everything.

Still waiting for frame to ship. They told me that the painter was away for a few days, delaying all orders.

If i recall correctly, it was about $180 all in. I believe that it increased $30 - $40 from when I ordered my x68 last november. This go around, I've also waited a month and heard absolutely zero from tantan. I did reach out to them and they are telling me my order isnt even confirmed, so I am not too happy with them right now.

Has anyone who ordered a painted frame heard anything from TanTan? I asked them about their painter being out, hes apparently back in action, but I've gotten the run around regarding everything else. Not too happy with them right now and probably won't order anything else from them.

Question for computer mount. The handlebar has a 3 holes design. First time I see that. Anyone knows of a mount that fits that design? Maybe they included one with the bar.

I asked for one to be included and they said they'll throw one in. I wouldn't know where to find a 3 holed computer mount otherwise and have had no luck finding one.
