Whats your take on sizing the Echo? Trying to understand what would be suitable and wrapping my head around geo's etc.

My measurments:

A (Height)   175cm
B (Sternal notch height)   147cm
C (Inseam lenght)   81cm
D (Thigh lenght)   38cm
E (Arm lenght)   58cm
F (Shoulder width)   45cm
G Weight (KG)   65
H Flexibility    Easy touch of fingertops in front of legs

Mainly do criterium-style racing and some annual climing tripts down in the alps/islands.

Any ideas?

It depends a lot - what bike are You riding right now? What is Your saddle height? How much drop do You prefer?

I would go for size M.

For reference, I am 186 cm tall and I am basically at the upper limit of this size (XL for my case). The saddle is already positioned all the way back, and I am currently using a 130 mm stem. There is also a 140 mm option available, but in my case the 130 mm works well.

The reach is clearly on the shorter side, even though the top tube length and the 130 mm stem compensate quite well overall. One consequence of this geometry is noticeable toe overlap: when turning the handlebar at low speed, the tip of my shoe touches the front wheel.

However, by moving the saddle as far back as possible, I’m able to achieve about 8 cm of setback from the bottom bracket. Compared to the 8.5–9 cm I usually ride with, this is already a good compromise.

With VFV R1 handlebar which has 10mm rise its nearly the same stack and 6mm shorter reach.

I would propose to do a little higher incremental step compared to the step increase from L to XL and angles can be kept similar/ identical, for instance
Seat tube length:  XXL = 580mm  (XL +35mm)
Stack:                  XXL =599mm (XL + 30mm)
Reach:                 XXL =403 (XL + 8mm)
Head Tube Angle:  XXL = 73.3° (XL = 73.3°)   
Seat Angle:          XXL = 73°  (XL = 73°)

I am 186 cm tall, and these are the measurements I have configured on the bike.

Regarding my saddle, which is a fairly standard model (Prologo Dimension 143), 8 cm of saddle setback is the maximum I can achieve with this setup.

As mentioned, the handlebar is the Voice Velo VFVR1 integrated cockpit, 380 mm wide with a 130 mm stem.

For me this configuration is right at the limit, especially in terms of saddle setback, which is already at the maximum. However, it still remains within my personal limits and I feel comfortable with this setup.

I continue to enjoy riding my Echo. I spent about 8 hours in the saddle over the past 2 days, and it was great. I would like to change my crankset to 160mm, and I need compatibility with the PES515 powermeter. If you know of a suitable budget-friendly crankset, please let me know.

You need to invest in TEO cranks from Magene. It's the only option.
