What chainline you use with leese crankset? grx/sram wide or normal road?

I have a sram wide crankset and I'm thinking about buying a 3mm offset chainring. Maybe the 46-51 combination will start to make noise if use sram wide chainline?

Out of curiosity, how much chain links do you require for that 46T - 52T combination?
Not that I am in the condition to swap for a larger ring at the moment but I can start day dreaming 🥳😁

It's got standard mounts on the seat stays and behind the bottom bracket. However the front fork doesn't have mounts.

Getting seriously tempted by now. Trying to find something make me not pull the trigger  :'D
Watched some reviews of the Mondraker Arid. Heard now several times that people a) hit the chain stays with their shoes, and b) touch the wind-eye thingy with their calves.
Anyone here experienced the same issues?

That shoe thing can happen if you rotate too much outward with the hip.
If ever, it happens on my right side and acts as a reminder for me to do the hip mobility drills 😁
It's nothing that bothers me or stops the pedaling flow in any way, I guess SPD allows this leeway whereas SPD SL or Look road cleats don't let you go as far sideways
If it happens, I correct my position on the bike and off we go.

I have 165mm cranks and size 46 shoes.

I had a very filthy ride yesterday and now have a noticeable wear mark on my non drive side chain stay from my heel rubbing. I didn't notice at all whist riding and have now added some heli tape to stop it getting any worse.

I dont have any noises at 46-52 gear....Its quiet. I did not count chain length though...I've reused old drivetrain combo that i was using with Twitter Gravel X. Only change was Wheeltop GEX(long cage) -> SRAM S1000 ( you need about 2,5mm spacer to a jockey wheels to be able to use this with not T-TYPE cassete) / FORCE levers.

46.5 shoe is not normal

I do not expect any shoe rubbing. A good reason to push the cleat as far back as possible.

can anyone confirm what's the max clearance on the 395mm fork? can it clear a 2.2 tyre?
