Mondince new 2026 Aero Gravel

Hello I just spotted a new aero gravel on mondince website.

I never heard of the brand, I wrote them an email and they wrote back pretty soon.
The frame FM316 looks interesting with Y shaped seat-stays, like Lightcarbon, Mondraker or Seka Spear.
Tyre clearence seems good and geometry seems allright for a fast but comfortable gravel bike.

What do you think?

Ticks pretty much all the features for me, but geometry is harsh. Even more reach than the GR201 while also having very high stack?
It's also decently light. (Unless you believe the 910kg typo  )
Also says MOQ 50 units, are you sure they do B2B?

looks decent but it's a little odd that they use the same seat and headtube angle on all the sizes.

IMO it combines the best out of the TideAce noah and Velobuild Aero Grav.
I skipped on the aero grav, but I might actually order this one.

With that geometry it proves we are evolving towards previous generation 29" hardtails. I need to check, but I believe my light-carbon hardtail I bought 10 years ago has compatible stack, reach and sloping. The only difference it was 300gr lighter.

Big tire clearance will do that.
I imagine that 300G lighter was with no fork.

"Jack" has been very quick to get back to me with answers. So far it all lines up with what Void has posted prices wise etc.

A size small yields a 12mm longer reach than my size 52 carbonda 696. Stack is easily matched with a slammed stem. Looks workable to me.
Would really like to know what a 50mm tire looks like for clearance as I would love to stuff a 2.1 in this frame.

Should make quite big difference to seat tube angle and head tube angle also.

Those geometry charts seems a bit odd..
The longer fork should increase the stack of 18mm, reduce slightly the reach, increase head angle and seat angle.

Also the bike wheelbase is shorter with the 50mm offset fork than with the 45mm fork.
The sub 1kg weight on the website is very interesting, the 1300g for size M is much closer to the Tideace frame.

Here some other pictures of the frame in the making and NECO 16 headset, it looks like it won't work with integrated handlebars, but changing headset to an FSA ACR headset should fix the problem:

Geometry table seems indeed off. I guess FO is swapped accidentally, and they forgot to calculate HTA and ST. FC also doesn't change.

//Edit: They told me the geometry of the shorter (400mm) fork is correct. I've removed the other geometry table.

1240 and 410g if i read that right? what size is that, M?
Does a storage pouch come with the frame as you said it is not just a hole in the frame? And how big is the storage?

Images are quite small but it's 1210g for frame with cover but without hardware, I believe it's a size S
Fork it's 440g but I believe this one is different form the one on the render because it has a flip chip for the offset.

Storage looks similar to the tideace one, at least size-wise; as for the pouch I have no idea, I'll ask in the next email.

Its a Mondraker Arid. GEO basically lines up perfectly.
After reading the geo reviews of the Mondraker and seeing the weight of the frame I am likely looking for something a bit more racy to complement my Carbonda 696.
