How do you guys rate the ER:One in comparison with "western" bikes such as Merida Reacto CF3 and Giant Propel Avdanced ?
Those bikes can be purchased in Europe for about 2900€ with 105 Di2 and alloy wheels (especially the Reacto, while the Propel is a bit more expensive). I currently ride a titanium bike (Reilly) with 105 Di2 and 45mm wheels from LightCarbon.
The idea is to buy an aero bike with 105 Di2 (no need for Ultegra or Dura-Ace) and 60 or 65mm wheels (23 o 24mm internal, steel spokes). For the moment I am planning to keep the titanium bike. I do not necessarily need a complete bike, because I have all the tools and knowledge to build the bike from the frameset (that is what I did with my titanium bike, wheels included starting from LB rims and DT hubs).
