I’m actually considering switching to 35 mm Continental Terra Competition Race tyres.
They only weigh around 350 g and on my 32 mm internal width rims they should probably end up around 40 mm wide once mounted.
The only thing I’m unsure about is whether that’s already a bit too stretched on such a wide rim.

Tagoola states for the XPLR R32-50 rims:
“compatible with 700x36C–64C tires”

Also, there is a user here on the forum already running 36 mm Challenge Strada Bianca tyres on a similar internal width without any problems.

What do you guys think? Would 35 mm still be perfectly fine on a 32 mm internal rim, or already a bit too extreme?

it really depends on the use case, but if you're riding gravel regularly, even 40mm is too narrow imo. 45mm is really the min

My frame arrived. I'm waiting for another package because they forgot to pack all the components.The frame weight with the axle and everything screwed on is as it came from the factory. Size L

My frame arrived yesterday, everything looks fine, no issues with getting the hydraulic break hoses through frame and fork, for testing purposes. Will need a few days to build up the bike, Shimano 2x12 GRX DI2 waiting to be installed.
Knowing the frame will be delivered on Monday, I've already laced my new wheelset with DT Swiss 350 (I'm not a fan of ratchet free wheels, but I had them in the drawer for quite a while) and TimeTec rims with 32mm IW, 49mm deepth, last weekend. I'll keep you posted ;-)

Wheigt for size S is a bit lighter, out of the box, all screws attached, plastic pipe spacer over the rear axle.

Running 35 mm tyres on a rim with 32 mm internal width feels a bit too sketchy for me after all.

Hi guys! I was reading this topic since weeks and I'm negotiating with Mondince the price of my frame. They offer me frame+seatpost+handlebar+shipment+black mate for 665euro. What do you think? Which prices do you get from them about a setup like this? They told me custom paint +80 but I'm ok with black mate (I already have a MTB with that colour and love it).

My idea setup is:
FM336
di2 827 1x12 (I already have it)
CSC gravel wheels
Tyres (thinking on it)
Saddle Ryet carbon 3D (or something like that)
etc.

Total aprox budget about 2.2k or 2.3k

Which BB T47 do you have? I'm searching for something normal, not ceramic or extra expensive. I found a Miche T47 - 24mm - 85.5 compatible for about 30euro. I try to avoid china components on this as possible.

Hi. I have the 44mm Tufo Thundero on my Zipp xplr rims and they messure 46.8 mm. I have good clearence. Can take pictures later if you want.

I'll use a Ztto BB, and I'm curious how long it'll last. Plan to replace the bearings if they're worn out.
If you want to avoid chineses compondentes, besides Miche you can have a look for a BB from Token. They're said to be reliable.

That would help me a lot. If the tyre grows around 3mm approx, I will have to be carefull if I mount a 45 or 47mm tyre there depending on the clearance

There are plenty of T47 IB BBs for Shimano style axle in 24mm. In all price categories.

Know it, is only a question if somebody tested one to recomend, as I always used press fit and will be my first T47, but searching non-chinesse T47 I'm not able to find something more economic than the Miche, so probably will go for it
