Anyone have experience installing the Zrace blade MTB cranks? I can't find the torque specs online and keep having the preload bolt on the non-driveside crank fall off and then the crank arm starts slowly slipping off the spindle.
The cap bolt says 20nm on it, but not obvious if that is for the preload bolt or the pinch bolts. I torqued the preload bolt to 20nm and got very loud clicking noises from the bottom bracket, so assume its not the torque specs for that (everyone allways says these are just supposed to be finger tight). So is the 20nm for the pinch bolts?
Thinking I'll put some thread lock on the pre load bolt and do it finger tight and try the pinch bolts at 20nm?
