Hey.
Thanks for the link. For a girl 145-147 cm, would you recommend this 26" frame? Or maybe go for a 29" with an XS frame, which supposedly is for 150 cm.

Yeah, I saw that it disappeared from Ali. But there is an updated one on their website:

hej.
Is this frame still available? I can't find it anywhere on AliExpress.

I am starting new thread to document my off season project for my nearly 8 year old boy, who started to get some podiums during this MTB season. He is now 135 cm, but he grows very fast and I'm deciding wheteher I opt for 26 or 27,5 inch wheels if they will fit. Iwas deciding between SPcycle 27er XS frame and this Meinier frame and decided to go with Meinier. The geometry looks very similar in both and the chainstain is same length. We will see as I have some 27,5er wheels at my bike and I will try to fit them before I will built wheels for that.

Going through the built:

Frame: https://pl.aliexpress.com/item/1005008487895007.html?

Rims: https://dartmoor-bikes.com/hardware/rims/raptor (will decide 26/27er)

Hubs: https://pl.aliexpress.com/item/1005006978869415.html?

Suspension fork: https://pl.aliexpress.com/item/1005001298374011.html?

Cranks 150 mm : https://pl.aliexpress.com/item/1005005884336033.html?

For the groupset and brakes I will go for the 12 speed Shimano Deore.

Some carbon seatpost and handlebar plus some hardware out of Ali too.

I'm not sure what to choose regarding chainring for this cranks. As this is QR frame I read that I need 6mm offset. Am I right? Probably will go with 32T for this built compared with 10-51 cassette.

Any recomendations will be helpful too.

Hello.

My project is complete. The first rides confirm that it's a very good frame with great geometry. Final weight: 10.7 kg

I can't send the link to YouTube ?

Hej.Hey, my bike is currently being assembled. Here's a link to a YouTube video where my technician shows and discusses the bike assembly process.

Best regards.

Hello.
Have you replaced the suspension bearings on your bikes, or are you still using the original ones?

I just received my white  XL M868 from SP Cycle this morning after an annoying hold up with customs (UPS was the problem is seems.). Delivery was prompt from SP, you can't hold anyone accountable for customs into the USA who isn't in the government.

Everything appears in order, after removing the plastic spacer for the rear shock I weighed it at 1785 g.  Paint looks smooth and well done.  The frame was packaged well without any damage. The interior appears smooth and without any carbon lay up mess.  The BSA BB looks clean, I will find out straightness when I put the crankset on.  The headset is snug and seated well, the edges don't feel sharpenough to cut through the cable housing as was seen on Orbea bikes with similar cable routing.

The included headset has a UDH to standard derailer adaptor, and the proper bits for a normal fork (a previous post asked this.). the seat clamp I will probably replace with a more robust one, but it's probably just fine.

I will share pictures when it is built up later today.

Attached are some pictures showing details I haven't seen on other posts for those considering.

What suspension are you planning on installing on your project? I also purchased this frame in the same color, size M.

Now its built. Missing some bits but atleast you get a rough idea on what I am planning :)

Will be changing the fork during winter but i wanted to just get it built up. Hopefully, maiden voyage can come this weekend

Hey, tell me what headset and handlebars you have on your bike. I bought the frame and should receive it in December, and I'm gathering the remaining parts.
