I received an update from Carol: "For the thickness of the dropout was 12.0mm for the earlier batch frames and currently we have been updated to 12.5mm. There is no quality problem for both of version frames. Please be assured.

I checked with our engineers and it's OK to add washers for direct mount UDH hanger."

I will proceed with the 20x28x0.5 washer once I receive it and it should theoretically fix this.

Got a quick 1h ride in the rain today. No complaints at all. My previous bike was a Merida Scultura Endurance and this frame feels noticably better. I did a couple of 1600W sprints and the responsiveness and stiffness of the BB and handlebars was way greater. The handling was good and when descending at 60kph with crosswinds i had no issues with stability. I have to tweak my position a bit more so I'll refrain on commenting on the comfort until I get it dialled. I'll probably not ride this bike outside again until it's dry outside but the first impressions are very positive.

Just finished building up my bike.
Size 56 frame with 380x120mm bars. Ultegra 12 speed groupset with 170mm cranks, 11-30 cassette, and 52/36 chainrings. Light Bicycle Turbo 50 wheels with Conti GP5000 S TR, running tubeless with SILCA sealant. Favero Assioma Duo Shi power meter pedals, Selle SMP Nymber saddle, Ahyka aero bottles and Supacaz bar tape.

Just received pictures of my size 56 frame. Went for a modified eurobike design with Ferrari red decals. I will build it up with LightBicycle turbo 50 wheels with 30/32 mm gp5000 str and Ultegra r8170 group set.

The BB shell width according to the catalogue is 85.5mm instead of the 86.5 stated in the previous post.

Yeah that looks like 90°. A regular steerer tube saw guide should work.

I got different information regarding UCI approvement from Carol:
"Yes, for the LCR018-D, we have already prepared the document for UCI approved. I suppose you can see this frame on the UCI approved list around end of this year."

This is the correct geometry chart. The low C-T is to be expected for a bike with a sloping top tube. The canyon aeroad in large, with a horizontal TT, has a C-T of 561 while an sl8 in a size 58 only has 515.
