Front 160 without adapter, according to LightCarbon website, right?

Shimano comes with adapter you can turn depending on 160 or 140 rotors. Rear needed adapter for 160.

Anyone ordered spares at a later date from their original bike order and what postage did you pay?

Just ordered seatpost to Denmark. Shipping $33. So I added 2x BC11 bottle holders and a shimano direct mount derailleur to the same package - no extra shipping. So seems to be the small packet shipping cost.  But that is DDP. I.e. duty prepaid. I think the price is fair.

Cut my seat post today. Was required. I need around 71cm saddle height.

I have a size 52, and with a seat tube of 48cm, a 40cm seat post that can go in max 20  + 4-5cm from top to post to top of saddle the minimum seat height was 48+20+4.5 = 72.5cm.

Thus the seat post was at least 2-2.5cm too long for my 170mm cranks on a size 52. Cut 2.5cm so I have a little to work with.

My old too big bike inwas at around 71cm as well.

For cables I used some tubes from AliX that is more or less designed to fit the brake tubes.  Local bike shops carries them as well.
Used where I found relevant. So downtube.

Seat post length - is it normal to cut it shorter ?
I am 176cm with slightly shorter than average legs, got size 52. The saddle seems to be 10-15mm above what I have on my way too large bike, and it is almost all the way down. I can feel mushiness from the gear power cables.
80cm inseam and 176cm height

BTW: mine was paid May 23rd. Delivered yesterday to Denmark. Got tracking number July 29th (got it a day earlier from local postal service).

I was told 1 month of production + approx 20 work days for painting. So about 2 months total. It took 2 months and a couple days before I got photo.  So close to estimate.

Too bad they did not have preferred bar size made at the same time / reserved.

I started my build over the weekend and managed to get my headset bits all assembled and cut my fork.  I would say my headtube to plastic cover gap is similar to you folks, was surprisingly larger than I thought and I tripled check it all to make sure before I cut my tube tube but looks to be right.

My delivery didnt come with a 0.7mm spacer that they were previously shipping to alleviate some rubbing issues. I had posted about this when I got my frame last week and seems the latest deliveries no longer get this spacer.  I am wondering if they have made some adjustment in the latest deliveries (maybe shortening the plastic cover or increasing the thickness of the metal ring) to accommodate a larger clearance.

My only worry is the larger clearance allowing water to ingress and potentially ruining the bearings.

No 0.7mm spacer here either, arrived today. And I do have space as well, this is with some extra pressure holding it down.
And the uncovered 2mm behind the stack looks like designed to attract water and dirt. Not sure if that hole has alway been there ? Just got the bike

Hi community, I’m afraid I still need your help. I just can't seem to get to the bottom of this creaking issue.
At first, I thought the creaking was coming from the stock bottom bracket, so I swapped it for a new Kactus BB; the creaking improved slightly.
Then I installed a new Praxis Works BB, and the creaking improved significantly—now it only happens when putting down over 200W of power on the drive side, specifically when the crank arm is between the 3 and 6 o'clock positions.
In the meantime, I swapped out the pedals and crank arms to rule out other potential causes.

After replacing everything and seeing a major improvement with the Praxis Works BB, I decided to try a one-piece BB and ordered the Bicone BB.
Unfortunately, the creaking persists—still occurring between the 3 and 6 o'clock crank positions when putting out over 200W, even when I'm out of the saddle.
Any help would be appreciated.

It seems to be a similar problem to the Aerodurance, doesn't it?

Did shortening the seatpost help?

Had same issue with squeking on another bike. Went away after I removed and re-inserted cranks - hit drive side a bit harder and more pre-load. My creaking was right side only. Pm500 cranks.
