Guys, need support, I try to install the Cema T47 bottom bracket that LightCarbon offers. I can’t get either cup to start threading by hand at all — it just keeps turning without engaging and falls straight back out. Cup on the drive side, counterclockwise. Cup with the center sleeve on the non-drive side, clockwise, correct? What could go wrong?

Does anyone have a solution for testing the bike with spacers on top of the stem? I want to test different spacers before I cut the fork. 3D print "above the stem spacers" of 5 and 10mm?

Custom paint is one aspect, but offering cockpits in four different widths and six different lengths alone adds significant complexity. One cannot conclude from this that they are unorganized or prioritize bulk shipments. This level of individualization directly reduces predictability in shipping times. That said, I agree they should still communicate this transparently.
